Pampered Peacock Day Spa

I had a very pleasant experience at the Pampered Peacock.
I purchased a groupon for a signature facial, and I was able to acquire an appointment within the same week. The receptionist gave me extra directions so that I would be able to find the location, due to the fact that the spa is located inside the Alpha Tennis Club
I arrived early, knowing that I would need to complete the standard paperwork as a first-​time visitor. I was greeted by Natalie, who offered me a beverage (coffee, tea, water).
She was also my technician for this spa service. The room was clean and warm, and the table was heated (which I love)! The facial was standard as far as facials go, and she used primarily dermalogica products, which are stellar. The only part that was different was the extraction. I think every technician has their own method, but this technique was more painful than my other experiences. Again, everyone has their own style, so it’s not a complaint, just an observation. I also could have spoken up at any time, but chose to zone out.
My skin looked and felt great and super hydrated at the conclusion of the facial, and I was really pleased overall.

Worst experience. Wanted to try someplace new and bought a groupon for a hair cut and color. I told the hair stylist I wanted ombré highlights and even showed her a picture. She gave me chunky blonde highlights, when I asked her to fix it she attempted to and LEFT HAIR DYE IN MY HAIR and told me to wash it out at home because she didn’t have time to wash it out because another customer was there.
Also she made me feel like less of a customer because I used a groupon. Another customer was waiting and left she said «well I feel bad because she was actually a paying customer.»
I left with hair dye still in my hair and chunky blonde highlights, I went to another salon to get it fixed and they were appalled.
