I received great care at Med Express! I was greeted immediately upon entering the clinic by the friendly front desk personnel who were knowledgeable with my type of insurance and were able to register me quickly. Within just a few minutes I was triaged by a very polite and thorough staff member and while she was asking questions, another staff member entered the room and asked if she could help with vital signs which made the triage process go even faster. I was taken to an exam room and seen by the doctor within a few minutes. The doctor was very friendly, thorough with her exam and did a great job explaining the condition, treatment and follow up plan. The clinic wasn’t busy at the time that I went and I was in and out within 30 minutes! I was very, very happy with the care I received.

I’m in PA for the summer from the west coast. Got sick and looked for an Urgent Care near my parent’s house. Found this one and it didn’t seem to be a UPMC affiliate (which is good) so off I went. They’re open 7 to 7 every day (no matter was the voice mail says). I was there Sunday at 8:21am. The lady’s out front seemed pretty cool. Ran my out of state insurance quickly, and then the PA called me back. She checked my throat and nose but not my ears (even though I expressed concerns about them as well). Listened to my lungs and told me it was probably viral, but then she gave me antibiotics anyway just in case. Felt like a pretty stock answer to get me moving along, but I didn’t care much because she did give me meds. The ladies out front were cool and they could fill the meds right there, so I walked out with them. I was there for maybe half an hour total.

I am a wee bit accident-​prone. My pharmacist says that I am keeping her business booming. I also usually end up doing something stupid over the weekend (of course). Enter MedExpress. I have seen them more times than my primary care doctor! Everyone is nice (except the receptionists, but you can’t have everything) and the wait is always short even if they are busy. The doctors and nurses are nice and never rush me. They really listen and ask insightful questions (like, «How many times have you hit your head in the past week?» hey, it happens). They will run any needed tests and send you on your way with a prescription if needed. Just don’t use them as your pharmacy, prescriptions there are expensive. Eventually I will be on a first-​name basis with these folks!

They are great here! I moved to the area set up as an established patient at Canonsburg family was 20 min late for appt due to the construction out in front of the clinic and the doctor turned me away. So I decided to go to med express. They are were more upset with Canonsburg clinic than I was. Because I am pregnant and had an ear and sinus infection with fever. So thanks med express for taking good care of me and my family.
