Mr. Noël has been working in the areas of rental property management for over 25 years. He has experience purchasing, renovating and managing rental properties of all sizes.

Ms. Carey is a successful licensed real estate agent, serving the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. She has an extensive management background, as well as experience managing multiple unit high-​rise buildings.
