Stephen R. Cohen, M.A., Economics; MBA is President of Keystone By Design, Inc., a marketing consulting firm providing web design, internet marketing and promotional products to small businesses in Western Pennsylvania. He has over forty years’ experience in sales and marketing, serving as a senior marketing executive, V.P. of Sales and Director of Marketing for several health insurance-​related entities.
