Description

Specialties

The law firm of Joyce & Bittner was founded in 1989, after Anthony M. Bittner and Richard J. Joyce each spent roughly a decade working as government attorneys. Mr. Bittner was a prosecutor in the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office and Mr. Joyce served in the Pittsburgh City Solicitor’s Office.

With extensive trial and litigation experience, the attorneys founded a firm dedicated to providing skilled, aggressive representation to both injured individuals and to criminal defendants. We fight to level the playing field between the injured and the powerful insurance companies who oftentimes deny fair coverage for legitimate personal injury claims.
