Be careful when buying shoes from this Johnston and Murphy. I purchased a pair of boots in September that have turned out to be defective. In trying to either get a new pair or my money back, I ran into a brick wall with the store manager. The boots arent made anymore and the manager would not return my money because I was 10 days past their return policy. She gave my some 800# which I also got the run around from. Save the hassle and spend your $ 250 at Nordstrom where the service is 10x better
