We provide 24⁄7 mobile notary and translation services to the greater Pittsburgh, Squirrel Hill and it’s surrounding areas. We meet clients by appointment both during regular-​business hours and evening and weekend hours. We can provide full notary services for all documents requiring notarization so long as the services necessary are detailed at the time of scheduling the appointment. With over 15 years of clerical, office and administrative experience, I began my notary commission in 2011. I am fully licensed, bonded and insured Pennsylvania Notary public commissioned and sworn in Allegheny county. I specialize in foreign and international documents and being bilingual in Hebrew and English can assist customers in both navigating the U.S. red tape and in offering translation services if needed. My business J. Reisner Notary was established in April of 2014 upon high demand of my already established private client base. J. Reisner Notary offers 24 hour on-​call and semi-​mobile notary services to the Greater Pittsburgh Area. We see clients by appointment throughout the day and the convenience of their personal schedule and location. The price was not what I was told it would be. When I went to one of the associates he didn’t have change. Upon asking J. Reisner, my bill was changed to reflect the fact that the notary did not have change. Contrary to what has been said in response to my review, I had asked his associate about change and then about credit or debit and was told cash or check could be accepted, not debit or credit.

Just finished my session with Staci.
I emailed Josh, the owner, to schedule an appointment and I was able to get one in the next day. Some reviews even mention same day appointments. I really like the idea of a notary that travels to you. Why are there not more?!? Super fast and convenient.
I met up with Staci at a local coffee shop (look for a sign that says «public notary» on top of a table) to fill out some employment background forms. Staci was super sweet and made sure to go over all the directions provided by my firm. She even waited patiently for me to call my recruiter to check on some things. The whole session took about ten to fifteen minutes.
All in all, super friendly, convenient since they travel to you (for a small fee), open until 9:30pm on weekdays, and are super affordable. They also take card if you’re wondering. Highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional.
He didn’t even look my paperwork before giving me a ridiculous diatribe of how I came to him to order chicken but what I really wanted was a steak. If he is a notary, he apparently can’t even do title and registration work on your car. He told me to go to AAA and I was lucky he didn’t charge me. I have lived in Pittsburgh for about 3 years now and this is one of the most rude men I have met since. I should have seen the red flag when I met him at a Starbucks.

Super friendly, professional and super fast! I asked Joshua to have a few documents certified translated from Arabic to English to put forth a passport application for my sister. I called Joshua for his help. He charged me $ 50 per page, which is a deal you really can’t beat knowing that most places charge around $ 80-​$ 100 per page. He further explained to me that he meets his clients in a public place, since some Jewish or even Muslim women like myself who are unable to meet one on one with a male. Joshua promised that he would text me as soon as the document was finished, which happened to be at 1:00AM! I met him early morning the next day and I was more than pleased with the work. I would definitely use his service for all my family’s notary and translation services!

Unprofessional!!! Went to meet this so-​called notary, Who works out of the Starbucks. Red flag right there!!! He was extremely rude, i’m consider calling the business bureau. Please stay away from this. Is public office is his apartment red flag

When in need of urgent notarization (who isn’t?) look no further than Josh Reisner, notary/​superhero at large. Not only is he a marketing guru… seriously, could it be any more convenient to contact this guy? (And he’s a quick responder) I contacted Josh through Facebook and was able to make an appointment the very next day at a time and place convenient for me.
He’s quick, thorough, and friendly. Give Josh a call, or text, or Facebook message, or Unilocal appointment, or you could probably put the PA Notary seal over a floodlight and aim it at the sky… he’ll get you taken care of.
