Ah! Do NOT get tax help here!
My initial consultation with the senior tax preparer was extremely difficult/​borderline disastrous. I arrived well prepared and organized and explained my situation quite clearly, but I had to repeat myself several times and found her making several errors recording my information. I left feeling like I probably made a mistake coming here.
Fast forward two weeks — I just returned from receiving my prepared tax documents. I found a few errors (so far), the largest being that my social security number was written incorrectly on ALL MY DOCUMENTS. I pointed out another one of her oversights and she responded to me by saying «That doesn’t really matter, $ 600 is not a big number». Errr… what?
She also failed to even do half the job because she did not have the right tax vouchers on hand (she told me I would have to call Jordan Tax Services to get them). There are also some major technology issues at this location — the computers were not working 2 weeks ago at my first appointment and were still not working when I visited today.
Could not agree with the other reviews more. Do not, NOT get help at this H&R location. What a waste of time and money!

Have to agree with Tom A. who describes the owner’s demeanor to a T. Made multiple mistakes on my return, was quite unpleasant and did very little actual listening. There was very little privacy when I went back in to point out the errors to have them remedied. The place smelled like 40 years of smoking went on in there. Surprised it is in business still. We will not return. Gives H&R Block — whom I’ve used for years — a very bad name.
