Gymboree clothes are adorable especially for infant and toddler. A child can totally be outfitted from head to toe in each line. At least 2 new lines are released each season. Hair accessories, socks, underwear, shoes etc will all match. This is wonderful if buying a gift or if you are coordinating challenged. Dressing my daughter is yet one more way for me to be creative. That being said, it is a great place for grabbing separate pieces and coordinating them to create your, or your child’s style. The clothes are generously sized, so when in doubt, go smaller. Although the clothes are made well, without being on sale, I think they are overpriced. If you are a second hand clothes store shopper or the lucky recipient of hand-me-downs, Gymboree is perfect for a 2nd or 3rd time around. Minimal shrinkage and color fastness, are strong points. Sales associates at this location are typically very helpful without being pushy. If you don’t see the size you need, ask. They seem to have a caverness storage. There is a small TV viewing area in the back with a few small chairs. Just enough to distract the little ones while you check out the sales rounders in the back. I beeline it to the sales rack first. Lastly, the clothing styles seem a bit juvenile for the larger sizes they carry. That being said, I still go in to stock up on the leggings and bike shorts every season.
