I used to like GetGo because of the fuel perk discount.(But, now I have a small car and don’t fill up as much) Now, I like the deli and fresh produce as well as the fuel perks. Bonus, You get the same quality products as from Giant Eagle supermarkets. The GetGo is close to the GAP trail in South Side, and satisfies both break and rehydrating needs. There’s fresh produce like bananas, apples, nuts and sandwiches. Oh and Protein Bars!!! And Energy Drinks!!! There’s indoor and outdoor seating so you don’t have to rush to eat. You can take a moment to check your Unilocal activity. :-p One downfall. Get Go stocks GE items. Other brands suffer. Example: Snider’s, Turners or Coulteryahn iced tea. But, they make up for this discrepancy by offering a quality product. One thing you don’t get from other convenient stores, is calorie counts!!! I know right!!! But check it out!!! Below the fountain drinks and slushies, and milkshakes is the calories in oz. GetGo has done a nice job of keeping with trends and changing market. Very Nice!!! Recommend.

apparently there are 2 review pages for this get-go. just deleted my old one and transferred over to here. This Get-Go is closer to me than the one on 18th. My old apartment was near a get go, so it feels good to have one nearby. The actual gas pump area at this location doesn’t seem to be as busy or congested as most stations. Inside is similar to all Get Go’s including the seating area to enjoy your made to order food. All of the staff is friendly. Just an fyi, I haven’t seen a red box at this location. It may be on the opposite side, but most are right near the door. Atleast there is still a surcharge free ATM inside :))) 3 cents off gas with your advantage card. Gas is always average at this station. It’s easy to get in and out of.

This place has everything you need and want from a convenience store. They have made to order foods and a dining room to eat them in. They have a huge variety of coffee and tear with all the add ins you would ever need. They have fresh fruit, cold sandwiches, cliff bars, mini chix

My original review of this place was less than stellar(two stars), but after my experience tonight, I’m done coming here. A friend and I grabbed small fountain drinks, but there were no lids. When we approached the cash register, my friend said(very politely, might I add. We both work in customer service. It is not as if she was rude) «Could we please get some lids for our drinks? There were none over there.» The cashier rolled her eyes and said«There were no lids?» So my friend just repeated«No, there were no lids.» She wasn’t even going to do anything about it, so the other cashier went and filled it. She proceed to check us out while playing on her phone the entire time. Didn’t care that either of us had an advantage card. Then we had to walk over to the drink stand and wait for the other cashier to take a very long time to finish stocking the lids to get ours. He didn’t hand us lids even though he knew we needed them. Then when he went back behind the cash register and let the door slam loudly behind him so that we could know that he was annoyed that he had to fill the lids. There weren’t many other customers in there. They weren’t slammed. There were no lids, and the entire fountain drink and coffee station were both a mess. And we were horrible inconveniencing them by needing lids for our fountain drinks. I’ve worked in both fast food and retail positions. I know how things can get, and o excuse a lot because I know how things are and sometimes people just have a bad days, but this was just poor customer service to its core. I doubt I’ll frequent this place any longer since I’m an inconvenience to the employees.

It’s a GetGo, but at least it’s not like bumper cars while trying to get gas. It may be a new location, but I’ve never dealt with crazy lines. The directional arrows in the lot seem to also help people understand how a parking lot should work… more GetGos should use this approach!
