I bought a pair of steel tip boots from this store. They were the the only store I could find that sold women’s sizes in steel-tipped boots, which I appreciate. No one else seems to have caught up with the 21st century where we have woman engineers and such. As far as those boots are concerned, for about $ 100 dollars, I bought the most comfortable pair of boots that I have ever had, and I’m wearing them all of the time now, because even though they have STEEL in the toe, they are still more comfortable than the BS shoes you buy from department stores and such. Just really good quality boots, excellent arch support, water-proof and tough. Love’ em. They sell a lot of things that would be useful to people who work at construction sites. The prices that I saw were all reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and I was very greatful to find women’s boots. Ladies, if you need them, this is the place. Will shop here again.

I can’t believe I forgot to review this«Man’s Dreamstore» as one employee once described it. It’s tucked away in the middle of Caste Village, South-of-Pittsburgh Suburbia’s answer to Station Square. My Dad calls it «The Workin’ Man’s Store.» I call it «That Leather Joint» since that’s the smell that overpowers you as you walk into this unassumingly named shop. No, it’s not THAT kind of leather joint. Go to Sassy Sensations a few miles away for that stuff. Jeez Louise! I go here every so often to get my Dad gift certificates(Father’s Day looms…) and to buy stuff I need for my job. Dad’s a retired railroader and Harley Davidson enthusiast. «The Leather Loft» is where they keep all the biker jackets, chaps, vests, and other items that would make Rob Halford happy. I still want that jacket he wore in the«Heading Out To The Highway» video. Damn. But I digress… They obviously fix shoes too, and of course they sell them. If you need a pair of boots for work, hiking, bad-ass streetwalkin’, this is the place. And speaking of work, they carry all kinds of clothing from Carhartt, Wrangler Riggs, Dickies, and other such manufacturers. It’s a blue-collar Saks 5th Avenue! Oh sorry. Let’s get manly here, and do that Tim Allen growl. Hurrrr…
