After the initial phone call – I think not. I ended up using the 800 number when the other phone numbers listed on the website were either not working or «not authorized» to take phone calls. BOTTOMLINE – Hard sell tactics, difficulty getting an hourly price quote, and no written quote emailed to me as promised. I called and explained that I was interested in PRICING in order to compare theirs with what I already had. First off I was asked if I had called anybody else for pricing and who did I call. Then after I gave a brief overview of what I had to move and how far it was going, I was told that someone would have to come out and see what all I had to move in order to get a price. I get this, because the other companies I called told me the same thing, but the other companies were able to give me a broad hourly rate to work with. The person on the other end of the phone was using hard sell tactics to send someone over, telling me that it couldn’t be done any other way. As I started to say no thanks, ALLOF A SUDDEN it was going to become possible to get the hourly pricing that I had asked for. I had to provide a detailed list of every stick of furniture and boxes that I had going. She called back an hour later with a quote well under what the other companies quoted me – a price I considered too good to be true. I was also promised a copy of the quote emailed to me as well, which never arrived even after checking my junk mail many times. And again with the hard selling tactics. They only have so many workers scheduled on my date, so I need to give them a deposit in order to hold them, which was met with exasperation after I told them I would need to discuss with my husband. I discussed with my husband and despite the lower costs, I’m going with another company. I don’t trust them after what I was put through on the phone.
