History

Established in 1949.

The firm was founded in 1949 by Jerome S. Davis. The firm grew and was taken over by Jerome’s son, Howard, in the early 1980’s. The firm has continued it’s long tradition of helping a broad range of clients up until today. Howard’s son Joel, also a CPA, joined the firm in 2009 and now has the unique designation of 3 generations of the family working in the business.

Business Owner

Howard D. Davis, CPA, is president of Davis, Davis & Associates. He has over 35 years of experience in public accounting where he has specialized in taxation for small business, professional service groups and individuals. Mr. Davis also devotes significant time in the area of estate and trust administration services. He is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. He is also licensed in life, accident and health insurance and annuities. Mr. Davis is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor degree in business administration. He is also a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
