I was assigned this company on the 19th of October from my home warranty when my furnace stopped working. I got the run around from the company until today, November 10th, almost a whole month later. They told me to re-​contact the home warranty company because they cancelled all repairs through them. After being told they pretty much blew off everyone going through a warranty company they followed up by telling me it would take ANOTHER MONTH to even have someone come look at the furnace. So here I am in the beginning of winter in a 44 degree house thanks to Cost and sons!
