Jon Pastor, CEO and Founder of Community Elf, recognized that brands need to have an online presence where they can connect, interact with and serve their current and prospective customers. It’s fact that consumers seek information online and communicate with brands over social platforms. Not having an online presence will lead consumers to competing brands that do.
