History
Established in 2003.
Dorothy, the owner, trained with Anna Koa and taught Chinese classes for the first 2 years. Then we expanded to Thai and Vietnamese. At the students request we now teach a ton of ethnic classes such as Italian, Polish, Moroccan, Spanish, Greek, German, Indian, and Mexican. We have added speciality classes such as an ethnic holiday celebration for Christmas and Easter (different country each year), date night dining, private parties, and special gluten free and vegetarian classes for groups of 6 – 10 people.
Our team building event is a large portion of our business and we work with small groups at the school and groups up to 40 people at various off-site locations. We have been fortunate to work with large corporations such as LanXess, Glaxo-Smith-Kline, Anysys, MSA, Leeds, United Bank of Virgina, and Highmark to name a few.
All classes are taught by Dorothy or Martha who are both certified in food service management and during the classes we stress sanitiation procedures,
