It’s a tiny library, but it plays a huge role in my community. I typically go to the main branch in Oakland, however I do return most materials here. But there’s a very nice Children’s collection, and it’s well maintained. The staff is vey professional and helpful. There’s a pretty good popular reading section, plus some practical non-fiction books on things like cooking, gardening and the like. There are computers you can sign up to use and some comfortable places to sit and read. Plus, you can request anything from another library in the system, and it arrives in a few days. This branch was fairly recently renovated and is bright and cheerful with windows on 3 sides. It’s a great community resource!
