Very professional representatives on the floor, they helped with our order we are having shipped, also with the trouble with our most recent purchase.

I have always had a great experience with AT&T and specifically this store. While it is not only convenient for me being close to work, I’ve found that the staff is always friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and very patient. My most recent experience was yesterday after my phone met its death after falling off of a table and shattering into peices. I immediately went to AT&T Grant St and was greeted by Anthony who assured me that he could help. He signed me up for the new NEXT plan which I was eligible for and helped me find a new phone that was perfect for me! He also looked through my plan and made sure that I was getting the best price possible for what I used most on my phone. He got my new phone up and running in no time and was extremely helpful! Anyone who is looking to purchase a new line and/or phone I would definitely recommend these guys! — Megan K.

This was my first time visiting this location and I pray to God that it will be the last. I really cannot stand ATT at all. Their retail employees are some of the rudest most smug bunch of harsh uncaring individuals I have ever had the displeasure to waste words on. It’s as if ATT employees have to take a mandatory training on how to be the least helpful and rudest possible. The retail locations are so anti customer service. I really really really did not want to go to ATT. I am not a ATT customer any longer and the only reason I went to this location was to purchase a replacement OEM cord for my boyfriends’s Iphone 5. Here’s how it went down. I went in to the store and asked for a replacement charger. A man who appeared to be the owner(because he was dressed in a suit) selected a cord and wall adapter. I never mentioned that I wanted or needed a wall adaptor. I said to him, «Does that wall adapter come with the cord?» to which he replied, «No» I think that is so sneaky and low brow to try and push add ons with out full disclosure and that is exactly what I expected from ATT retail employees. When I told him I did not wish to purchase the wall adapter he then took my cord removed it from the box and handed it to me saying, «Well if you don’t need the wall adapter, we can keep our box. « Who does that!?! ATT employees with no regard for customer service that’s who. So I paid and walked out of the store with a cord in my hand with no packaging.
