Just recently went in to upgrade my phone and was promptly greeted by the workers. It was a quick, easy, painless experience and I will gladly drive to the AT&T at the Ross Park Mall everytime to work with Rachel and her staff. They were all very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Will highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

I came in here to upgrade my phone, I finally hit that two year mark and decided that after a broken screen it was time to switch it up. I walked into the mall with one purpose, to go to the ATT store. I walked in and was promptly greeted. They didn’t even have time to ask if I needed some assistance, I knew what I wanted and went for it. Haggling ensues. They said that I had missed a payment once and that it restarted my contract date. What? Of course after that I said something that somehow magically made that go away. Something along the lines that I could take my business elsewhere or I can go buy this phone from someone else. The guy helping me walks away to «talk to his manager.» Right, like I haven’t heard that one before, or for that matter said it when I worked in retail. After that little snag, I was out the door with my new, crack-free phone. Boy, that was an old review that I just got around to, Yikes!
