HORRIBLE customer service. never called to tell me what was wrong with my laptop or that it was done being fixed. I called and left message; still nothing. finally got ahold of them and was told my laptop was ready to be picked up. after I took my laptop home, it was still broken! I took it back and the man immediately had an attitude. would not look me in the eye and offered no refund or to try to fix it again. Only having arguing with him did I finally get a full refund. Best Buy may be expensive, but at least I know they will fix my computer and keep me updated.
