Starbucks

I’ve tried to give this Starbucks chances time and time again, but it’s always a disappointment! At Least the drive thru is bad, I’ve never been inside and ordered but every time I order through the drive thru it’s slow service and my order is always wrong or just plain gross.):

DT IS SLOW

I go to Starbucks everyday and order the same thing each day. I found myself in East Co yesterday and went to this Starbucks. I used to work closely and it was fine. I ordered my SKINNY hot drink and the girl proceeded to ask me if I wanted nonfat milk. That is what a SKINNY means. So I politely reminded her it was a SKINNY. Then she asked if I wanted whipped cream. No it was a SKINNY I repeated. Then when I picked up my drink it reflected a REGULAR NOT SKINNY order. The barista was nice and said she heard me say skinny so it was. It tasted otherwise so she asked if I wanted her to remake. Yes please. I shud have stayed w the first bc the second was w/​o syrup and tasted like bitter coffee. Both employees were very nice bit when I’m spending $ 4.65 on my drink whic is essentially my breakfast I’m highly disappointed w bad results. Starbucks please make sure yr staff is trained on the drinks

I love Starbucks but this location SUCKS big time and the cust service is the worst I was the only one there it took a long time for the guy to get my order cause I can hear he was too busy talking to his co workers then I go to the window it took along time to give me my drink cause they were to busy talking to each other and then the order was wrong anyways how can u get my order wrong it was only 1 item then I find out that the person that took my order was dating the manager no wonder he was acting like he was the owner what joke never coming back to this location

This one sucks so bad staff never gets my drinks right or they’re out of ingredients

On a cold winter night it’s nice to get some hot coffee and warm up at your local Starbucks. Only problem is its 44 degrees outside and the staff is running the AC. When I pointed out that it’s freezing and the AC is on they said nothing. I said «I guess you aren’t cold cause you’re working and they just laughed. It was not warm and inviting at all.

Okay service after 9pm can’t get no pastries only drinks an no sign that says that they think your mind readers but hey it’s Starbucks but the cranberry bliss bars are awesome

Honestly, I’m not a huge Starbucks cheerleader. I think there are many Mom & Pop coffee shops that offer richer, robust, and more flavorful coffees. I get sucked into visiting Starbucks strictly based on convenience. They are everywhere, they have a convenient app for your phone, and best of all drive thru at many of their locations. This location has a really friendly staff, and I always receive quick service at the drive thru. Only 3 stars based on the quality of coffee. I prefer the coffee shop that starts with a «P», if only there were more locations for that coffee shop.

Slowest drive through I’ve ever been to. There shouldn’t even be one. Don’t get stuck in it on your way to work!!!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a long time and originally it was the best (would have rated it five stars) I begin to know the people who worked here and they knew me but the last six months I see a lot of new people and have had some errors in my orders but they are only human we all make mistakes right. But there is room for improvements especially at the drive through when it comes to accuracy.

I really don’t understand why this Starbucks has such horrible reviews! I’ve only been here twice (and I’m definitely not looking to make visiting Starbucks a habit) but both times, the staff has been incredibly professional and friendly. The second time, they accidentally added milk to my iced coffee (I likes it black like I like my power, baby!) and quickly corrected the mistake and asked me if I had anyone I could give the messed up beverage to!
I guess two visits may not be enough to judge a place off of but I’m pretty impressed by the staff’s ability to keep cool under pressure. On Sunday morning I dropped in and the line was practically out of the door, but the cashier was still friendly, polite and courteous when I interacted with him. When I was waiting for my drink, the baristas still smiled at me while staying focused on their work. That’s the definition of remaining engaged with customers while demonstrating work ethic, if you ask me. Def not trying to feed the monster known as Starbucks but I also have to commend the young folks who hold this place down for doing such a great job. They really know what they’re doing and make every effort to leave the customer satisfied. Go ‘head y’all!

I never write a review because I always had great experience At a Starbucks! But this Starbucks in Pittsburg sucks! I walked in and wanted to get my pumpkin spice over ice. Well I only wanted one extra shot and not to mention it took 20 mins to get a drink! There two girls that were working today where talking about partying and getting drunk and I walked over to see where my drink was she was on her phone ! Also a guy who works there has a nose ring (not professional) was smelling someone’s drink and it ring was in the drink ! Gross!
So I got my drink she forgot to put ice in the drink ! LOL and she said she put two extra shots when I only wanted one (to strong)
Also this is at 6:30pm not busy at all!

Service here is always a little off inside and in the drive thru. My most recent experience was yesterday around 5p. I walked to this location because it is close to my girlfriends house. I wanted a cold brew and some type of pastry. Upon walking in there was no one in line, and no one behind the counter but I wasn’t bothered because I had yet to decide what I wanted to snack on. Finally I was greeted and asked what I’d like. I let her know I’d like a grande cold brew. She then yelled clear across the place to her coworker whom I couldn’t see and asking did they have any cold brew. Another coworker promptly answered «a little» with her nose turned up. And the coworker I couldn’t see said «guys we do have cold brew» all this while I’m standing there contemplating if the 3 $ and some change I was gonna pay for a mediocre cup of coffee was even worth it. Alas she asked me again what size I wanted (of course she forgot) «grande please»
Next I only had a hundred dollar bill and four singles and I’d added a pack of dark chocolate peanut butter cups to the mix. «Can you break this?» And as if she was gonna die she replied not my drawer and looked over her shoulder to who seemed to be the manager on duty. While yet another coworker who of course wanted to be nosey, draped his arm around the girl who was I guess «helping me»
All in all I got what I asked for. Took a whole 15 mins. But I mean you get what you pay for. Hopefully Pittsburg gets a real coffee shop some time soon.

Very disappointed with this place. Just came from there and got the wrong order, I repeated the order twice he read it to me correctly. Then gives me the items and closes the window and leaves the window area and would not return as I’m waiting for him to give him the stuff back cause it was wrong. Waited and waited and nothing I finally left, cause I was so livid I could see nothing but fire coming out of me, will not be visiting this place again! You get 1 star as I’m not allowed to post without selecting any…

It was 11^th of July 2015. I got poisoned with Green Tea Frappuccino there that morning. It was my birthday free drink and I am so upset now. It’s 13 of July and I still have diahrea and so much gas… Probably whipped cream was not fresh. It tasted a little weird to me. Very upset, I should have gone to emergency and give that drink for inspection instead of suffering at home…

Used to be my favorite Starbucks, now the drive thru is super slow & they’re always out of caramel!

Should probably take your signs down if you can’t make the seasonal drinks… Your garbage

The worst starbucks ever! Always out of ingredients and unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Pffft

This review is not the taste because what you get here is the Starbucks product. This review is about the environment and customer service.
It’s hit and miss regarding service. Sometimes you get good service sometimes it’s mediocre or even below (not new employees). More times than not, you’ll get slower service than other Starbucks.
There’s quite a bit of displaced people that just hangs out inside the store for hours that sometimes seating is limited specially when the school lets out.
I don’t mind coming here because it’s centrally located but finding a seat can be challenging.

love this location!
they literally make my coffee with love. very consistent unlike other places that are not consistent and give me bitter coffee. love this place! workers are are great!
