I went to get a pedicure and it was obvious she didn’t know what she was doing the dry skin on my feet was still there and she told me she did not know how to do a design so I asked her to have someone else do it and she said no one knows how to do that which was a simple flower so I tell The manager or person in charge whatever she was with her rude a** that I was not going to pay for it unless It gets finished correctly so she’s trying to suggest that I just get my nails done first and they’ll figure out who can do it but there’s no one there who can do that flower which was a simple flower so I told her I don’t want my nails done until my feet are finished which then she said well there’s no one here who can do that so I told her OK I’ll go somewhere else she decided to try to stop me and tell me I still had to pay for the pedicure which was not properly done or finished so I walked out and I told her I was not paying for anything so she proceeded to pull her phone out and take a picture of the back of my head long story short these people don’t care about how you look they only want your money

I’ve been going here since I moved to Antioch (2 years ago). At first it was out of convenience but the staff there are so friendly and most of them work very quickly. They always do what I want when I show them a picture & they all recognize me by face; that’s why I keep going back.

I like this place it’s usually busy but they always can fit you in, I like the fact that Anna takes her time and does a great job (I’ve been to places they go so fast and feels like I could do a better job myself) haven’t got my nails done yet but she does a good job on my feet every time. I think the pricing is also very reasonable.

Consider yourself warned: Never ever ever will I go there again! Went there last minute with my daughter for a couple of pretty basic full sets and they managed to get over on both of us. When it was time to pay it came out to $ 76 FOR 2 FULL SETS!!!
1) my daughter aked for the coffin shape (they charge extra for that), they used a colored gel polish (she didn’t ask for it) and didn’t tell her it was extra and apparently they charge for the length, according to the nail tech… really???
2) I told the nail tech what I wanted, I asked for a specific NAIL POLISH color and she insisted on airbrush which I didn’t want because they didn’t have the color I wanted, she managed to do 2 of my nails with airbrush nd then tell me that was extra… I told her I DIDN’T want that. She even had the nerve to tell me they didn’t have the color polish I wanted but funny thing is, my daughter found it in 3 different shades… maybe she didnt get the memo!!! Then she tried telling me oh well you got french so that was extra… fine I get that part but how did I just go from $ 20 to $ 38 and didn’t even get a design!!! There is so much more to my story but we’d be here all day! I told them I’d pay but I would NEVER go back even if it was free!
This place is a rip off with all kinds of hidden fees and they don’t even do a good job! You can’t say you weren’t warned!!! Would I recommend this place, absolutley NOT!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I got a bacterial infection from getting a pedicure. Don’t go here it’s a disaster waiting to happen!

$ 8 eyebrows they’re super fast and they do a good job. They don’t make you wait hella long and check in like my nails across the parking lot does

HORRIBLE place to go to, they give you a price on the nails you choose but once you go to pay they completely change up the price. I loved this place but I won’t be going back. The employees will give you attitude if you tell them also it’s just awful

I would give them zero stars if I could. called in advance and made an appointment for a pedi and a fill on new years Eve. Of course I knew it was going to be busy so I didn’t mind the ten minute wait. So first off I was not greeted when first walking in. Second when I was finaly spoke to, the lady asked if I had been there before. I told her yes. And she said we can do your pedicure if you’ve been here before but my chair is small so I don’t know. Wtf? Did this bishhh just say here chair was too small for me? Now, I have some curves but that was pure rude. They will never get my business io r anyone else’s who values good customer service. RUDE AS HELL!!! AVOID!

So I went to get my nails done yesterday. And wanted a French tip and the lady who did it. Did a horrible job. It looks so unprofessional and sloppy. Never going to lady bug ever again. I am so unhappy with my nails.

Absolutely the worst nail job I’ve ever had! To top it off 4 of my fingers are bleeding! I will never go back!

So I came to lady bug after a very traumatic incident across the street on my 21^st birthday, it was my big 2 – 1 and they basically took my whole eyebrows off. I came in crying and Jasmine the owner told me «don’t cry girl, you still pretty» lol after that I started cracking up and she’s been my nail lady ever since. I am now celebrating my 23^rd birthday next Saturday & like true to fashion I am here getting my toes, hands and waxing done. The people who come in are of all sorts. I feel bad sometimes for what the technicians go through. You have no idea how hard these ladies work it breaks my heart when people treat them like they BETTER do this or they HAVE to do that… Not cool. Overall I love this place Jasmine has become family I only want to see them prosper

Attitude ! Lisa?! Sloppy! SLOPPY! SLOPPY! Table 11 in the back is her station. And the owner? Jasmine, thinks she knows everything about nails, yes she may know a thing or two but people pay for nails they want not what Jasmine wants or how Jasmine likes it. ATTITUDE ! Do not go there!

Attitude, attitude. Nail technicians want to rush and not listen to what you want, very pushy. But I must say they do beautiful nails and great quality, Lisa and Anna are awesome.

Been going here for about 6 – 7 years. Kelly is my tech and she does a fantastic job and she is fast too. Would and do recommend often.

Peter used to do my nails until he moved. I went on to Lisa and she was out of town the day I went in. Ck did my nails and he was very sloppy. He painted all over my skin and called me rude because I was being honest at the fact that I’ve been paying there high prices for years and I shouldn’t have to leave the shop with nail polish all over my skin. My nails haven’t looked this bad in a long time.
As we proceeded to check out I wanted to use my $ 10 off coupon which he said I would only get $ 5 off because my design was only worth $ 5. Any other time without that coupon it would have been $ 10. They’re a rip off and becoming a mini MyNails&Spa. You can’t get mad at me because I tell you I don’t like your work or I want you to fix something. You’re just suppose to fix it. I’m not suppose to leave unhappy with my nails.

If I could give less than a full star i would. Very poor service. I came in as a group. Keep in mind this is my first pedi ever. Probably the first for the person who did mine because he was HORRIBLE. He forgot part of my pedi package and insisted on arguing with me that he didn’t and then charged EXTRA for my design of rhinestones that he put on backwards! He put on about 6 coats of polish and it was very clumpy. Didn’t even cut my toe nails at all and I was still in my chair 30 min after my friends were done. Do not recommend very rude service.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve given up on them after today. Customer service
Is inconsistent and if something isn’t how you want it or if the paint isn’t smooth they won’t fix it. She messed up my nail polish putting the sandals on and didn’t fix it. Waste of money and even if you ask for the same thing every time each technician will tell you a different price.

I have never had a bad experience. My nails have always been sturdy and beautiful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 is because last time I went my nails didn’t come out exactly how I wanted them but they were still beautiful. I wanted a lace detail but it came out looking more like snake skin, it was for a wedding and the difference was kind of important. Lace was a lot more appropriate for the occasion.

Wrong shop! I HATE ladybugs. Horrible service, horrible ppl and they just have not respect for their customers

I have been going to Lady Bug for over 7 ½ years, since the first owner opened up shop on the first day. Many things changed, however i have been a regular and been going on a weekly or every other week. I’ve been putting up with this nail salon cause I always went to my nail tech only, I love getting my nails done however since my nail tech Jimmy Left, I have moved on. Reasons–
1. No customer service, im a paying regular customer and should be treated as one.
2. Cleaniness
3. Rudeness
4. Ghettoness
5. Quality.
When it comes down to it, all they want is $$ and if we want out nails done they think we need them, they don’t see we are helping their establishment. but wish the best for them! Peace!
