KJ’s Vapor Shop

This place is the best, I walked in one day just wanting to know about vaping. I just walked in their for questions and I ended up buying everything to start vaping.
Kim P. was so helpful about everything answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. I have about a lot of respect for this place. I’ve been smoking for 14 years never even thought about quitting cigarettes just wanted something else. Little did I know, it took over my smoking of cigarettes the first day. I started vaping 2 months ago and haven’t smoked a cigarette sense.

Soooooooo I’ve tried this place a about 8 times since moving to the area and although I would like to say it works… It doesn’t. They are resistant about bringing in juice lines for repeat customers and have an «air» as if they are the authority on what’s the best. Their mark up is insane compared to Nexus in Concord and they are consistently out of stock. Today they rewards point system was down and there was no offer to make an adjustment the next time I came in. Really stuff like this is basic customer service. I think the people in the area take this as the norm because it’s pretty much the only game in Pittsburg. I know my shit when it comes to the Vape scene and it can be done better. I guess I will have to drive all the way down the hill where customer service is a priority. I did try to love them but you can only do so much when the effort is not returned. Love the store owner but most of the time he is not the one you deal with. Perhaps empowering the young bucks that work the counter would help.

My husband had previously shopped here & he really liked it. He took me in today & I would highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for one in the area. The shop is nicely put & great customer service. Today we purchased a new toy; the istick pico. One of the employees took the time to show us how it worked & how to assemble it. We purchased the sour watermelon juice & it’s DELICIOUS! I give this shop a ¹⁰⁄₁₀ for sure!

Checked this place out yesterday and I must say… A++ for their service and expertise.
I am a vaping newbie so I didn’t know exactly what I was getting into, though I did do a tad bit of research on what I needed so I knew what I wanted to get. Mandy took the time to walk me thru all of the different types of tanks and attys which would best suit my lifestyle and preference. She was also able to educate me on how to recoil and cotton-​up!
Suuuuuper friendly staff and very knowledgable for this of you who are new to this like I am (was).
Also love the fact that there are usually other customers who are hanging out, doing their thing who are also willing to give you tips and suggestions.
Huge selection of juices!!!
Definitely recommending this place to my fellow vapers and will be back soon for more!

This place is awesome. All the employees and owner are super knowledgeable about all hardware and safety. Highly recommend coming here if your making the switch over to vaping or even if your already an advanced vapor.

I don’t find myself typically taking the time to write reviews on Unilocal,but I find myself compelled to do so for KJ’s Vapor Shop. I have now frequented this shop for over a year, and have gotten nothing but great customer service, an awesome selection of juices and top notch products every. single. time.
My first visit had me nervous and intimidated! I was a complete newbie! I had no idea what I wanted. Box Mod??? Atty? Juice. Whaaa? Lol! All terms that seemed to be of foreign language that day – and I’m sure my face showed it! But KJ was quick to shut those feelings down at the door! He took the time to break everything down for me, all the options, pros and cons; He used analogies that a non-​vapor would understand and made me feel confident in my decisions for my first set-​up! I appreciated the time he took to answer all my questions. The care and passion he puts into his business & his clients, trickles down to every facet of his establishment. His staff is just as excited about products, juices and providing service as he is. They all welcome me in like KJ did that very first day. It wouldn’t matter if you were dealing with the owner or one of his employees – you’re going to get the same service and attention that you would from him. Mandy even knows what kind of juice I tend to like, and is always recommending new ones that come in (Which she is usually on point with!) How many businesses can say that of their employees? KJ’s should be proud!
On a personal note– a very good friend of mine and LONG time smoker (15ish years) recently took over my first box mod. I took him into KJ’s and he found a flavor of juice he loved. He hasn’t looked back to cigarettes since! I am now thankful to KJ’s for helping someone I care very much about, quit smoking.

The absolute best vape shop I’ve gone in by far. The staff is excellent and the customer service is top notch. Mandy is such a great helpful girl. Aaron is incredibly funny and his builds are amazing. Phat (if he still works here) is a juice guru. KJ is the coolest shop owner with excellent analogies to make vaping more understandable. All in all, excellent staff, excellent selection, excellent shop. 5 stars wouldn’t be enough to give them as they deserve more. Truly made ditching cigarettes the easiest choice of my life.

Glad there’s a closer Vape shop than driving out to SJ. Good prices on everything and the homie is very knowledgeable! Great conversations every time I go in!

Kj’s Vapor Shop is really cool! Came by to pick up a battery, but instead they threw it on the charger for me! Good place to come chill, vape, try juices! Atmosphere is really positive, will recommend this shop to anybody who vapes! Keep up the good work guys @ KJ’s!

Nice place — GREAT Selection!
Lots of choices, VERY nice guys, i called looking for something that was out of stock and/​or sold out everywhere else around the area, they had it, put one aside for me and were very nice about it.
Only complaint, prices seem a bit higher (almost 2x than some other places), but definitely for the «Must Have» product… they probably have it and will be on my short list of places to return to! Great customer service.
Will certainly shop here again

Came in today to ask for help learning how to build a coil for my first dripper. The staff here today were super friendly and polite. I forget the gentleman’s name that helped me but I would like to thank him here again. He was very polite, patient and did NOT talk to me like I was an idiot. He took his time explaining how things work, and got that I knew the terminology so he didn’t have to over explain everything. I’ve watched the YouTube videos on how to build coils, but having someone show you in person made it much more simplified to me.
I’m not from this area, but I’ll be sure to come in whenever I pass through.
Just be careful with the parking if you have a large vehicle. It’s pretty tight.

Great vape shop. I am a reformed 15 year smoker and have been stopping in here for 6 months for juices, kanthal, tanks, batteries, etc. They have it all and the knowledge and patience to teach people how to use their new equipment. The cloud competition toy fundraiser last holiday season was a blast. Top notch shop with top notch equipment and employees. Keep up the good work

Very friendly staff that let me sample lots of various juices. I got a great flavor I’d never tried before and was really unique (apricot). No weird sales pitches or pushiness to upgrade.
5 stars because the shop is very clean and not at all cloudy/​smoky and the best prices I’ve seen anywhere. They stock my boyfriend’s favorite e-​juice, so I will be back.
I got 3 regular sized bottles here for about the same price as two elsewhere.
Tucked in the corner of an odd little strip mall. Parking can be tricky.

KJs the best vapor lounge and show around! Staff very very knowledgeable and friendly. Let’s not forget about the juice selection, it’s the best around! Love going in just to hang out and vape with the guys and gals, KJ himself is a really nice guy to bs with about anything. I have been to other shops and thier demeanor is just off but not here, always friendly never in bad moods. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

This review is for PHAT and the Sunday staff
It was early afternoon when I decided to stop by this place. I was greeted with smile and ask if there’s anything I need and ask a new customer and new vaper, I was curious and I was like what this and that and so on and on. Anyways my experience with the staff even though they were helping so many people I wasn’t unattended. They keep going back and forth and was ask nicely if I found anything that I like so i bought some flavors and then I realized I really wanted a new atomizer and Phat the asian guy came back and helped me out. I told him if they have the Atlantis Aspire and he showed me and gave me a decent price. And I told him I wanted it and they I ask him again if I should get the box mod IPV2 or IPV3 and he explained the difference so I decided after 30 mins that I’d like the ipv2 since that’s my budget. So overall experience this place deserves more attention, could have pick a better location, because it’s kind of hidden because of the trees. More advertisement probably in the streets would help this business.
But yeah before Sunday I went in and I met the owner KJ very nice guy.
So if you guys are looking a decent price vape shop in concord/​pittsburg/​Antioch area you should definitely stop by at this store!

Kj’s vapor… winning! Fair priced on mods and attys, on both clone and authentic. Has everything for starters as well. All 3 that you will see behind the counter will provide you with some of the BEST customer service I HAVE EVER SEEN. All of them are friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products they have and then some. When you stop by try the templar from free masons elixirs. Nectar of the gods.

I usually don’t write a review when I haven’t bought anything from a shop. This is different. I went in with my daughter yesterday to see how it was. Very good products for the beginner to the advance vaper. Talked to two people there and they were very knowledeble about mechs and rebuilds. We talked about the Hexohm and the price was very good compared to the other place that I used to shop at…(shall remained unnamed for poor service).
Best juice selection by far! Cuttwood and Suicide Bunny. They even have 120 ml bottles!
I will definitely be back this Fri.
