VERY clean! Large room with micro and fridge. Coffee in rooms or served next to desk. Staff, including Emily, very accommodating and pleasant! Couldn’t ask for better or nicer!
When I got there, I thought the freeway noise might be a problem, but absolutely not. That didn’t mean it was quiet, however. Any time anyone in a room near you, above you, or below you opens or shuts their door, the sound echos through the room, and at times I could actually feel the chair shaking from the noise. This problem was exacerbated when a large family of small kids took two rooms across the hall from me. I did complain to the front desk, a couple times, and they intervened. Once Security was sent up, things quieted down until the next night.
The front desk offered me a room change, which I declined. They did everything they could to mitigate the problem. They handled it right!
Breakfast was better than most motel meals. Lots of seating in the large lounge. Housekeeping worked fast and efficiently to clean up after guests finished their table.
If I have need to stay in the area again, this would be my ONLY choice, and I’m telling all my friends and family!

The rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. The housekeeping staff keep the place nicely cleaned. They offer complementary coffee, tea, and water ²⁴⁄₇. Free breakfast everyday 6 – 10. Emily at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with. Best hotel in the area hands down.

The first review was before I got home and saw that they double charged me for my hotel stay. I used my debit card and I was charged by my bank $ 27. I tried to call three times and I never got the manager German Jimcult. The front counter person kept saying that he was busy. He finally refunded my $ 230 but I am out $ 27. Then I got a card saying that he was sorry for over charging me and here is a $ 25 Bed Bath and Beyond gift card. I appreciate the gift card but I paid for it. Well I will never ever stay at this hotel again. They messed with the wrong guy. Watch out for this place.

Pretty good hotel out here in Pittsburg. only best one 5 stars all the way around. nice rooms for a good rate. they need to build more hotels like this one.

Paper thin walls and ceiling. Could hear everything being said next door and people walking on the floor above. I have been staying in Hilton properties for years, more hotels than I can remember. This is by far the worst. We will never stay here again.

Definitely a 5, the front desk staff were great (emily), great rate with my AAA card, very clean and well maintained room, pool, spa, dining area. Affordable Hotel when seeing family in the local area.

This was the first time my wife and I got a hotel to stay at when visiting my parents for thanks giving. We don’t usually spend on a hotel when we visit my family. But we’re now commuting from San Jose to Antioch so let’s try it out.
Wow! This place is so very welcoming. Front desk lady was nice. This was on Thursday. Thanksgiving day.
The room was great clean and my wife loves it. Smelled clean and very great view of the school. Bathroom is new style and clean as well. Loved the stay. Made traveling here from San Jose much easier on me.
It was a bit pricey but give it a chance and you’ll never regret. Nice comfy bed and no driving back to San Jose at 1am afterwards sleepy and full of turkey.

I had to go to Pittsburgh for a family funeral and there is not much of a selection of hotels. Our family reluctantly choose this one. I was so impressed and utterly surprised!!! I am from las vegas and do statcations at all the las vegas hotels just for fun and the Hamptons went above and beyond. Front desk was welcoming, quick, and efficient. All the staff always greets you. The rooms are new and clean. The bathroom amenities are Neutrogena (my favorite brand). They offer toothbrushes, razors, other things for free in case you forgot. I used the pool and jacuzzi and the staff always sent someone to check the PH balance, stock fresh towels, and clean the area. The wifi was fast, I also used the hotel computer to print my airline tickets and I had no problems. AND there was an added security guard on premises in the parking lot at night. I felt my car was safe. The hotel locks to access the hotel at night were also all fixed and in good condition. I felt safe and very pleased with this hotel. If I ever return to visit family, I will be returning to the Hamptons!!!

This hotel is small and quiet and I love it. The breakfast is great and the rooms are average. I didn’t want to leave the hotel but I wanted to stay somewhere closer to San Francisco. The customer service is also top notch and it is the best hotel in the Pittsburg-​Antioch area for sure. It would be better if they had a shuttle to the Pittsburg/​Bay Point BART station and closer to the city but other than that it was amazing!

Fabulous experience! From check-​in to breakfast wonderful. I want to personally thank the employee who found the tablet we forgot in our room and management for sending us the tablet in the mail thank you so much our 5 year old was so happy when she got it back. Thank you Hampton inn Pittsburg!

Great hotel, very clean & comfortable. Staff very nice. Will be nice when BART is expanded. You cannot find a space at the closest one, go down to Concord. Great/​fresh breakfast choices everyday. Staff very nice.

This hotel is amazing.
The front desk staff is as good as it gets! Friendly, recognize loyal customers, resourceful, and helpful. If this hotel had a shuttle to Bart, I would stay here every week. Its in a good location, close to food, and the Bart system.
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, absolutely my favorite property in the Bay area.
The employees from this hotel need to train the staff at the Hilton in Concord, where loyalty and customer service is not rewarded.

If I could give this hotel a zero I would. Will stay in there I came across a foul odor in my room and found out that it was the refrigerator which had a molded substance growing in the back I brought it to the front desk attention and it took them 3 days to take care of it. I had issues when I checked in the manager is very rude an unprofessional. The thing that tops it off is upon checkout my card was ran two additional times and they can’t seem to figure out how to put the money back on my card I have my bank call them and the manager still doesn’t understand also they never refunded my incidentals it has been 8 days since I checked out they still have not refunded me yet over a thousand dollars they say that there’s a 100% hampton satisfaction guarantee but what they don’t say is that they will only refund you one night because you have the choice to move even if the issues happen after you’ve checked out. Tried talking to the Hilton customer service line and all they do is send emails I’ve heard stories the people who stayed there in the past where their cars have been broken into which would explain why the cops had to break up a fight in the breakfast room and another time where I shared an elevator with three police officers as they escorted somebody else this was all during the day I can only imagine the excitement that went on during nights well I was at work.

I go here a few times a month for the use of the conference rooms for work. This place is always clean and looks nice. The bathrooms are well kept and this hotel is always looking fresh and neat and I really enjoy coming here. If ever I needed to stay over night somewhere, I would definitely stay here!

You like exceptional customer service? You will love it here then. German, the General Manager and his staff are very nice and helpful. Like breakfast? This is one of the best complimentary breakfasts next to the Ramada Maingate in Anaheim, CA. Egg omelets, oatmeal, turkey sausages, waffles, even bagels and croissants; not to mention free coffee and hot water ²⁴⁄₇ in the lobby.
I forgot to take room and hotel pics but this place is very, very clean! Beds and pillows are way beyond comfy and bathroom is wonderful not to mention well kept grounds.
Will be staying here again no doubt!

Great hotel for the price. We came with 3 children and several other families for a soccer tournament. Impressed by the cleanliness, customer service and breakfast. We would 100% come back.

Relatively clean… not soundproof though. I was on the 3^rd floor with 2 queen beds and can hear what sounded like jumping or maybe someone walking loudly upstairs. I can hear my neighbours TV and water turning on and off too. I am a very light sleeper so it was difficult getting a full night sleep.
I got a nice view facing the pool and jacuzzi and busy Jack in the Box drive thru. Plenty of drawers but no real closets to hang up clothes which I would have preferred.
The hot breakfast was very good the first morning. You can have tea, coffee, water… didn’t see orange juice from the machines til later. Other hotels usually have juice in pitchers already. There was omelettes, sausage patties, waffle maker to make your own waffles, variety of pastries, and toast. The other days was scrambled eggs instead of the omelettes. The scrambled eggs were kind of bland and I didn’t see any salt or pepper. And if you eat too late, they become somewhat watery. And later on in the week I noticed they have hard boiled eggs but I didn’t notice because it was placed between the cereal and milk so if you weren’t getting either cereal or milk it is hard to see.
Gym facility is OK, just treadmills and basic weights.
If I were back in the area, I would stay here again, prob just ask for the top floor next time.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the staff is extremely nice. The kicker is they serve a full breakfast, not just cereal and bagels. I stayed here one night. The next day I thought I would stay somewhere a lot closer to San Francisco, but decided to come back and stay for another two nights. It’s truly the best bang for your buck.

Really nice hotel, convenient location, super clean nice rooms coffee served all day, and a pretty delicious breakfast, only issue encountered was we were not given a crib we had noted we needed on our reservation and a fire alarm at 2:15 am that further hindered our sleep. But they made up for it by refunding our entire bill without hassle. Which is why despite the issue they get 5 stars because they handled it.
