History

Established in 2011.

Decorating Memories started from a hobby. After many compliments and requests for my work, I decided to turn it into a business. I work from my home and take pride in creating products that are custom designed and one-​of-​a-​kind. I enjoy the creative freedom and I always love the outcome.

Business Owner

My name is Loran Brewster, and I am the one woman team behind Decorating Memories. I’ve always had a knack for creatively putting pictures together for display. I did this because I never wanted to forget a special moment. My first canvas was my bedroom wall, and oh how I loved waking up to those pictures. But after damaging my wall with tape,

staples, stickers, and anything else that would keep the pictures up, I moved on to poster boards. Eventually frames and scrapbooks became my backdrop for my special memories.

After many compliments and requests for these custom designed frames and scrapbooks (from family and friends), I decided to turn my hobby into a business. I also enjoyed designing invitations, announcements, and greetings so I included that into my product list. Because I love the creative freedom of this type of business, and also being an entrepreneur, it was a perfect fit for me.
