My first experience coming here and the service was fantastic! So helpful! Very knowledgable and so willing to work with you! As a woman lots of times places like this treat you in a condescending manner and frankly like an idiot. So not the case here! Will definitely be my go to spot from now on! Sooo appreciative!

There’s been a good few times when I’ve told a merchant I will write a review and I just never got around to it. I’m constantly on Unilocal looking for guidance and opinions yet not given it myself. Now to say the least it’s time I start now. I had a great experience from the first call to «the brake factory» as the owner victor was willing to stay on the phone and research the best brakes for my black accord being that i wanted to provide my own parts. Victor not only located a pick up location for me, he worked with me in regards to labor costs and was extremely informative through the process as they were changing my brakes. This isn’t only a place that did an excellent job, provided premier customer service, but a place that explained what was done so I didn’t feel jaded or cheated to the slightest. I would recommend this shop to everyone, you can stop your search now and I assure you’ll be pleased here.

After looking around looking for a repair shop I found this place on Unilocal.Read the reviews and decided to give this place a call. When I called spoke to Angie who was very helpful. She advises me to come in so that they can take a look at it for a proper quote.
Arrived at brake factory and met Angie and Vic bottom them are very courteous and professional. After inspecting the vehicle Vic gave me a very fair price with options. No pressure type of service.
While waiting is was able to chat it up with Vic and Angie. They are both very cool and nice to talk too I felt as if I’ve known them for awhile.
Brake Factory has gained a new customer. Very hard to find good honest people nowadays.

The work and customer service was good. I went to dealership afterword to buy something separate from this issue. They looked at my receipt from Brake Factory and told me some of the parts were bogus. They couldn’t find them. Next time I will ask specifically what parts a mechanic buys, where they will buy them and how much they’ll cost. I don’t mind paying for quality but don’t hide cost. If you do good work people will come back.

Vic and Angela are the best, great professionalism with a family feel. Always greeted with a smile and keep it real with your vehicle, no hidden charges and tells you up front what ALL the issues are with your car. Highly recommended.

Beware of this place!!! Avoid this like the plague. I went here one day to get my oil changed and they told me my breaks were only 5% left. They also told me that all my roaters need to be replaced as well they told me how dangerous it was drive for me to drive with my son etc etc. Ok. They also tell me if I pay cash they’ll discount it for me and I’ll only be paying 600 $ for all 4 breaks and roaters. The girl was begging me basically to do it «now» because if I call later I won’t get this deal. Seemed a little fishy and desperate to me so I left and got a second opinion. Holy moly was my gut instinct right! I’m still blown away that they tried to get me. I went to another place, way more professional and honest! They told me my breaks still had 75% left! And my roaters were fine! All thy I needed was to have my roaters resurfaced. That costed me 190 $, WITH an oil change and my sensor reset for my tires. I guarantee you the only reason she was begging me and wanted me to pay cash, they weren’t even going to change my breaks! I can’t believe it, I’m so so thankful I didn’t fall for it. Avoid this place and all the other good reviews on here are fake I’m sure or people they lied to.

Don’t just replace the pads, do the rotors also. Went to the local Chevy dealer to do a brake job and decided just to replace the pads. My mistake! The brakes chattered and did not stop efficiently. Brake Factory is located within a mile of me and decided to give them a try. They replaced both front rotors, turned the back and relplaced all pads. Happy to say after 2 years, no problems and no high dealer costs. Recommend for brake work!

I highly recommend people to visit the Brake Factory and experience first-​hand the superior customer service, honest and reliable services, and reasonable prices that I have come to know since visiting this shop the very first time. Vic and all his staff are great! I say this because off all my auto shop visits, I always feel outta place and just so ready to get it over with and gone about my business, but it’s different here… I have no problem waiting even though they are quick to get things done. They are sure to accommodate you and make sure you are comfortable (they’ll even let you get the remote or pick out a movie!) while you wait! LOL! Not to mention coffee or water that is always available … But yes, as I said, if you’re looking for thee shop, come give the Brake Factory a shot and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Oh, and just lol FYI I’m due for a visit to redeem my BOGO oil change. Yes, you read right, BUY ONE GET ONE FREE oil change, I had got a lil while ago, but make sure to check because they always do have an awesome deal or promo going on!

I brought my 2005 Kia Sorento in for a free engine diagnostic due to my check engine light being on. I might add that I was directly referred by Auto Zone. These guys are amazing!!! The owner, Victor, the technician Jose and Victor’s wife Angelica all were so professional and treated me like family. As a older female I have never met a more honest mechanic. This has officially become my families auto repair shop FOREVER!

If you are looking for honesty, great customer service and quality repairs with reasonable prices, then this is where you want to take your car! I did. Victor and his team are awesome! I’ve had a transmission rebuild, oil changes, brake pads/​rotors replaced and a complete diagnostic of my vehicle for upcoming repairs needed. They are very thorough and take time to explain what’s wrong and why repairs are necessary. Thus, giving one a clear understanding of their vehicle. I so appreciate Victor and his fine staff of becoming my lifetime mechanics for a job well done each time I take my car in. Great shop!

I had a great service for my Mazda 3 car. Changed Front/​Rear brake pads (ceramic pads) for only 199.99 $. (Metallic pads 179.99 $). Had also a «free brake test» few days before. I had several quotes for the same job higher than here.
They did a very good job, professional and very courtesy people.
I recommend this place to everyone.
