Acorn takes extra measures to ensure their customers’ property is safe and secure. The security gate operates 365 days a year from 6am to 10pm daily, and requires customers’ individual gate codes before opening. These personalized gate codes arm and deactivate the alarm on your unit, giving you control over who can get into your unit. 9 security cameras are on-​site help to monitor the facility and assure a safe location.

All of the units at the facility are ground floor units. Also, extra wide drive aisles make it easy to pull up close to where you’ll be storing, sparing your back and what might otherwise be a long day of moving at another storage location.

On-​site resident managers help to establish friendly, personable relationship with customers, assuring they have a smooth stay at the facility. Acorn offers boxes, locks, plastic sheets, containers, and other moving and packing supplies to help with your storage needs, in addition to a free move-​in truck for new rentals and 26 different sizes of units to satisfy your space concerns.

Established in 1997.

The Acorn Self Storage facility in Pittsburg was opened with the intention of providing the safest, cleanest, most secure storage facility in the area. Family-​owned and operated since 1997, Acorn Self Storage thrives today because of its commitment to customers and their belongings. With over 400 units all on the ground floor and individually alarmed, Acorn continues to set the tone for security and cleanliness in the industry.

Hello. My name is Carol, and my husband Craig and I have lived and managed the Acorn Self Storage at Pittsburg since August 2004. We’ve had many customers who have been here for as long as we have (some even longer!), enjoying our clean, safe, and secure facility. There has been just one break-​in since this facility opened in 1997, so you can rest assured that your property will be safe here at Acorn. Craig, myself, and our cat Charlie look forward to helping you with your needs!
