Responding to Hendricks County’s growing need for a professional pet care service, Erica Nichols founded Scratch and Sniff Pet Services, LLC.

Business Owner

After many years employed in the medical field, I decided to take the leap and follow my heart into my true passion. I have had pets all my life and believe pets are truly part of the family. I have long been concerned with the ethical treatment of animals and am dedicated to the prevention of cruelty and the alleviation of fear, pain and suffering in animals. I founded Scratch and Sniff Pet Services, LLC with the aim of providing Hendricks County with an alternative to boarding kennels.

Pet sitting and caring for animals is something I will continue to do for the rest of my life and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
