We specialize in home style breakfast and lunches. We like to give our customers their money’s worth with generous portions and quality taste. Some of our most popular items are:

Penny’s Favorite Omlette (Bacon, Tomato, Mushroom, Avacado, and Chedder Cheese. With Homemade Salsa and Sour Cream on the side)

The Country Scramble (Grilled Sourdough topped with Sausage, Scrambled Eggs, and our Famous Sausage Gravy)

Penny’s Favorite Sandwhich (Charbroiled Chicken Breast, topped with Bacon, Swiss Cheese, and Avocado. With Bar-​B-​Que on the side)

Most breakfast meals come with choice of country style potatoes, hash browns, fruit, cottage cheese, or sliced tomatoes and choice of toast or biscuit (add $ 0.99 more to enjoy our famous biscuits & gravy). Most lunch items come with choice of french fries, soup, salad, coleslaw, fruit, or cottage cheese.

History

Established in 2002.

Penny’s All American Café started out as a dream of life long restaurant worker, Penny Rodriguez. Having been employed many years as a server, she wondered if she had what it took to handle the demands of running a her own business. During the year of 2002, she made the venture into owning a restuarant in the same building where she served years earlier. Her restaurant, Penny’s All American Café, is also made possible through the work of her loyal and hard working staff including her two sons, Ryan & Derek, her nephew, Logan.

In 2007, the Pismo Beach Chamber of Commerce voted Penny’s All American Café Business of the Year. For Penny, it was the culmination of a lifetime of hard work and planning. Today, she continues to improve her business, community, and customer relationships.

Most recently, Penny’s All American Café was featured on KCOY for its 2^nd Annual Pancake Eating Contest to Benefit the Oceano Food Bank & KSBY for her «Jacqualyn Palchak Foundation Halloween Benefit.»

Penny is the warm, passionate, and funny owner of Penny’s All American Café. She is a veteran of the restaurant industry and a long time resident of the Central Coast. If you have met her, then you have met her laugh and her sense of humor. Over the years, she has shaped her business to focus on delivering top notch service, deliciously cooked meals, and an inviting environment. Two blocks away from the ocean waters, her business continues satisfy new and old customers alike in beautiful Pismo Beach.
