Sooo helpful and fast. I didnt have an appointment on tuesday at 11a.m. and was able to walk in and out in about 20 minutes! The fastest blood drawing wait time ive ever experienced. The staff was soo nice.

While the appt. time and people servicing the lab are great, the billing and communication is not. I went there on advice that the lab was a little less expensive than others in our area. I had 5 tests done… I received a bill with 8 itemizations, so called and asked billing to explain what each charge was for, as it did not come with explanation… just charge 1,2,3 etc. .I spoke with someone named Maria, that could not really explain it… I called again and spoke to someone who also could not explain the charges and asked if I wanted to speak to the manager… I said yes… she put me on hold and then came back and said she was busy and would call me back immediately, but she never did. I went to another lab yesterday afternoon, and inquired about the charges for the same tests, both with and without insurance and they were each at least 10.00 less and some 50.00 less for the same test. They still could never explain what test went with a 133.00 charge and a 67.00 charge. I would advise double checking your bills with them. Personally, I will not use them again, and I think this is a little of insurance fraud… but without them being communicative about what the charges are for, I can only advise Blue Shield that this was my personal experience.
