My new job requires excellent vision and the old eyes aren’t what they used to be. The guy at Optical Concepts helped me pick out the perfect Ray Ban frames and I’ve been getting a lot of compliments on them. Unfortunately, I wasn’t used to caring for eyeglasses and scratched my lenses pretty badly after only a few months. The owner ordered me a new pair of lenses and gave me a great price. I’ve been really happy with the whole experience at Optical Concepts.

This place is awful! I went in today to inquire about some glasses that I found online and was greeted with a rude retort from the man behind the counter. Before I could even finish my sentence he cut me off and told me he couldn’t help me and that I should buy my glasses online because they don’t offer those services. I felt very unwelcome and the store smelled bad. I will never return.
