This isnt an outlet nor does Nike store have outlet prices. Found some 2015 model shoes priced at $ 130, last year it was $ 198. Found the exact model online for $ 89 through Amazon. Their selections are limited and not much to pick from, especially for women. Their clearance rack was like regular priced items if I were shopped at a Footlocker. Shoe sizes are also limited and they dont restock often(one sales associate said they get a restock about once a month, but popular requested shoes once every 2 or 3 weeks). Otherwise, I have to checkout Nike’s website since they have a bigger selection.

Picture this: we park in front of the Nike Factory Store. The doors are open, but we’re 10 minutes early, so we don’t walk in. We do, however, see the Nike employees huddled near the front, doing some kind of pre-opening hype chant. Seeing this… we expect the most prideful and most helpful staff ever. When the store opens, we walk in smiling, passing the employees… and in return, are rewarded with awkward, empty stares. No greetings, no nothing — definitely not what I expected. Throughout the duration of our time in the store, I wasn’t asked if I needed any help at all. After seeing that huddle, and getting that type of customer service, it was almost equivalent to expecting a surprise birthday party, and walking in the door to see no one there. The store itself is a little small with limited selection, as other reviewers have stated. But… +1 star for being Nike +1 star for two dri-fit shirts for $ 30 deal

I’m a very upset with Nike I trying returning a gift because it was the wrong size so all I wanted to do was get the rite size but didn’t have so I ask a nice employee to see if they have the shoe in the back by any chance and the did but he told me to ask in the cashier to order the shoe for me and they would just mail the rite size to my house so I said ok cool thank you so I did what I was told and it did happen that way is I was upset because I was going to just settle for a ½ size bigger same shoe but I have to pay the difference because the cashier didn’t check to see if the shoe was in the correct box and one of the mangers said she had to see her surveillance camera to see if I was at fault over all it was just a very bad experience at Nike outlet in Pismo

I will never shop at this store again and growing up in slo I will make sure all my friends and family do the same. Johnny the suppose manager of this store is terrible and needs to find himself a new job. His customer service is awful and Nike should be ashamed of having this guy working at there store more importantly trying to manage it. He was disrespectful to my party and wouldn’t take the time to learn about a resale license and how with a resale license you do not need to pay sales tax as you have to pay tax again to the state once the item sells. Instead of calling the state and learning I had the correct info he argued and said I was wrong which I have been using the exact same license with every other store and have had no issues. He just wanted to argue and think he was right instead of taking a minute of his time to call the state and confirm. So please be aware of this store as customer service does not rank high with them.

Smaller than other Nike factory stores we have visited therefore a limited selection. Merchandise displayed was neat and orderly with good quality. Okay for the basics.

This place is the shiznit! Really good deals for Nikes! I took my fiancé to pismo and ended up at Nike for some new shoes. I paid like 75 bucks for some nice all back Nikes! Really really good deal! If I’m ever in town its going to be a definite hit up! All friendly staff btw which is a plus!

A little smaller than other Nike stores I’ve been to, but they DID have a pretty good selection. Friendly staff was helpful and I was happy with what I found. Good store.

While the store is small, the prices are pretty good. Definitely better than going to say a Sports Authority, or Dicks. Ignore the other people posting here. There are deals here, and the people are friendly.

The hubby and I stopped by while in Pismo for the weekend to check out their selection. Our first time to a Nike outlet and they had a decent selection. I got a pair of pink free runs for only $ 45! I paid about $ 110 for my other pair about 6 months ago lol. He got a pair of standard Black Nike’s and we walked out paying about $ 92. That’s crazy cheap for 2 pair of shoes. Our cashier was super sweet also and gave us some info on the nearby sand dunes(didn’t get her name). Next time we’re in town we’ll be sure to stop by again.

I recently visited the Nike Outlet in Pismo Beach, with little hope of finding what I needed! If shopped here before and didn’t really get the help I needed. I had also not been able to find a shoe that I wanted. I was pleasantly surprised to find two pairs of shoes… One for hiking and one for running! Kyle, who was the sales person who approached us, was super helpful! He took the time to listen to what I needed, and then began making recommendations! Thank you, Kyle, for being a real professional! I felt like you really knew your product and customer service!

This outlet has a good selection of Nike running shoes and apparel. I would give one more star if only the store was bigger sigh. Worth the pit stop when you see it on the 101!

Here is a bullet point summary of my experiences with this store: *The customer service is non-existent until you get to the registers. *Selection is limited *Prices are very high for an outlet, on average promotions only offer deals like 20%off *Store is crazy busy on week-ends and the narrow aisles don’t help.

I didn’t realize that Pismo Beach had outlets and the girlfriend said she had to check them out. Oh Well… I said I’m going to check out the Nike Factory store. This is probably the tenth Nike store I have visited and none of them can top the Las Vegas store. But this store even though not big as the other Nike stores has some bargain stuff to buy. Nike Air Max running shoes that usually run over $ 120.00 on sale for $ 69.00. A large selection of running and cross training clothing. I’m not into all of Air Jordan clothing, he has already made enough. Same goes for Kobe. I notice alot of customers buying the Nike logos shirts that were only $ 7.00, sure beats paying $ 18.00 or $ 24.00 for a Nike t-shirt at the department stores. I found these grey camouflage training shorts for $ 22.00, regularly $ 45.00. Smart money. Very helpful customer service.

These aren’t busy shoe stores like you might find in SF or LA. There’s usually only 1 or 2 shoppers there. So why is it so hard to get any of those lazy-assed people out from behind the cash register where they’ve clustered together to yack about the Kardashians or some shit and actually provide some customer service? This is the same review I gave to the Van’s store except Nike was even worse because it was conspicuously over-staffed. There were WAY more employees than shoppers and every one of them had their back to us during our visit.

They were open late and had my zoom vomero’s in blue, for $ 30 less than what I would pay for them at the regular store. I couldn’t resist the«You Say Elevator, I Say Stairs» shirt. Sure, it’s smaller than the other outlet stores but it had exactly what I needed and something I couldn’t live without.

This Nike Factory Store is much smaller than the others I’ve been to. And I’ve been to A LOT. However, each store varies as far as inventory. So you should still check this place out if you are in the area. I mean why not right? So why 2 stars? Because as Unilocal rates it, 2 stars indicates: «Meh. I’ve experienced better» And that is absolutely the case here. We go here with a promotion that Nike sent us via email on free gym sacks. It says all NIke Factory Outlet stores. It didn’t say specific stores, or excluding stores. It says quantities limited, but we were there on the first day it started AND right when this store opened. We ask the guy working in the morning and he was very unhelpful. Showed no concern or sympathy. I was expecting some empathy here. He didn’t even take the time to call corporate because the print out I brought clearly indicated the promo and that they should be prepared to fulfilled. Also he was just downright rude. Oh well, I got the last word as Nike Corporate had to provide me with the customer service I deserved.

I love Nike Factory Stores. This one was no exception. It was closing time and I had 10 minutes to peruse… found a pair of running shorts and clearance bright yellow dri-fit that suited my running attitude… so i snatched them both up. Total was $ 30. Loved the way they felt during the run! :))
