The worst. Nothing but problems on the first install. The second install, they spilled glue or some sort of adhesive on our NEW CARPET. Then, Rick denied that they used any adhesive and we must have done it ourselves. Carpet was cleaned but adhesive and permanent stain still remain. Unprofessional! Do not use!
