We at Aatmayog, make an Humble attempt to help you connect your body and mind work in sync and help you lead a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. This is a traditional Yoga Practice and all our learnings and teachings come from the ancient, traditional, sources from the ancient Indian Rishis (spiritual teachers/wisemen-women)including Patanjali’s Yoga sutras and Bhagwad Gita.
Please remember– physical practice is a very small portion of YOGA. Your connection with the mind– body and the often ignored tiny voice within is what you need to find. A flexible mind brings a flexible body.

Pratibha J.
Business Owner
She is a resident of NJ for over 24 years. She earned her BS in Ancient Indian history and Culture from the University of Bombay, India. Born and brought up in Mumbai-India, the practice of yoga was instilled in her at the age of 9 by her parents. She is an experienced E– RYT with the Yoga Alliance. She has over 1000 hours of teaching experience. She has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 25 years. She is CPR and first aid certified. Her love for practicing and teaching Yoga grew stronger with time. Her style of teaching is authentic, traditional (From India) and in the true sense YOGA for mind, body and intellect.
