History

Established in 1996.

InetSoft Technology Corporation was founded in 1996 by Luke and Larry Liang in the early days of Java boom. The initial product released was Style Report, which focused on reporting and data analysis and is currently offered as Style Report Pro. Because of its Java root and small footprint, Style Report has been used in both client-​side and server-​side Java applications.

Over the years, InetSoft’s products evolved alongside Java to become server-​based Web solutions. The product line has grown to include reporting, dashboard and visual analysis. In 2008, InetSoft also begin to offer Software-​as-​a-​service products for sales​force​.com. In 2009, free hosted visualization and AJAX services were added.
