I ordered online to save my poor boyfriend the hassle of memorizing everything that I wanted, and they got the order wrong. When he arrived, it wasn’t ready yet, and they boxed it up in front of him. The receipt that came with the food was correct, but the food in the containers was wrong!!! I often choose to eat here out of sheer laziness, and cause I don’t want the hassle of ordering a ton of food if I’m the only one who’s going to eat it… but I did not enjoy my food. The chicken was rubbery, and the orange chicken was stringy. The egg roll was still cold on the inside! The only thing that stayed even remotely warm was the sweet and sour sauce(yeah, idfk). The online ordering option is good, but only if they actually read the order to get it correct.

MOLDYBROCCOLIANDTHEYIGNOREDIT when I pointed it out. Visited 2÷3÷16 around 7pm. Had lg mixed veggies from batch already there and new batch just cooked. Went home. BOTH had moldy broccoli! Not my imagination; taste was bitter and acrid, like I was eating bad broccoli, and when I spit it out, saw brown & black areas on the broccoli. Arrived back at store about an hour later to get replacement but I could even see their new batch had mold in at least 1 piece(bushy part had black parts; no not mushroom nor sauce since there’s no sauce) and another had brown patches(i.e. bad!) Pointed it out. They looked and just threw that piece away… then asked me if I wanted a new box from that batch…(!!!) I asked them to check their broccoli; their answer w/o checking: «we do.» Food safety is obviously not a priority. I asked for a refund and am never coming back to this location. If you were sick from eating there that evening, the above is why.

About a month ago I went there and I think I won’t be going back again. The employee who was cooking was munching on pineapple from his work area and just stood there grabbing the pinnaple and preparing the food. I let the person serving the food know what he was doing and she told me I will talk to him. As I was telling her he continued to munch on the pinnaple and told her to turn around and observe him doing it. She walked over and told him that he can’t be doing that. She apologized, but never did the employee bother to wash his hands after grabbing the food and pitting it in his mouth. He continued to prepare the food. Then they wonder why all these people get sick after going to restaurants. I was just discusted of what I saw. I went to the one in Vallejo, CA.

It’s hard to go wrong with Panda Express but I think this location goes the extra step to keep a customer satisfied. The workers here are all friendly even during peak hours when they are slammed. I’ve always been offered a sample here and they are good at keeping the line moving. Tip: Do not go when they first open in the morning. I did that once and got day old chow mein and orange chicken.

Saturday October 3rd8pm Great food but menu board seems to change so often it’s hard to remember what I ordered on my last visit. Also, price for plate«starts at» $ 7.00 but if you order certain entrees they charge you a lot more. Background music is so loud I cannot enjoy my meal. Just an observation, for over 4 years, I’ve never seen an African American working at this location. What’s up with that? The worst part, is when one goes to pay, the cashier begs for money for Panda’s favorite charity. I just want to enjoy a quiet meal without the music blaring and not having the cashier beg for her cause of the day. Food, great. .. Begging, sucks. Stop it.

Got a two piece and was in a rush so I ordered to go. I was really craving some Chinese food for a couple of days but right when I had time to eat, I found the biggest surprise inside my food which was a used band aid. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life and it just took away my appetite.

I always come back here because it’s open until 10 and food is reasonable. I am just displeased with the service I got today. I always order orange chicken, with eggplant tofu, can’t regret that! Although sometimes, eggplant tofu has tough eggplants. Anyway, the reason for three stars is because of this server, JAZMIN. Crappy service! Disrespectful and racist. She was the cashier, rung me up without asking if I needed a drink. So then she told me the total, and I asked her to add«juice» for my son. Then she made a face and added the drink but there was none left. So she then told me, there’s no more juice and was impatiently waiting as I asked my son what drink he wants instead. We got a regular drink, Pepsi. On top of that, I was not done and she already turned her back and went to her colleague and started to chit chat while helping. But the point is, she did not add plastic utensils, nor condiments. So I had to go to her and asked for spicy sauce. She then, with attitude, went and got some and handed me the pockets of sauce without saying anything. She is really rude. Panda Express, please make sure to train your employees! Anyway, excellent service to the little Filipina woman taking orders(first phase, where rice and chow mien is located at). That’s the kind of service you should be implementing throughout Panda Express.

New girls are just so rude. Attitude for everything! Sucks because I’ve been going there for years. Guess I’ll take the extra drive to the other location.

This Panda Express location is great. Management really knows what they’re doing! All dishes are always fresh and hot, unlike other pandas who have food sitting there for long periods of time. The line gets long sometimes but the staff never fails to get everyone out quickly! Tables, dining area, and bathroom are all always clean = A+. I always say, clean bathroom means a clean kitchen. No complaints here! :)

I like this Panda Express location in Pinole more than others because the food here is prepared fresh and the taste is more consistent than other nearby locations. Other than that, the employees here seem friendlier and genuine, which is always a plus. There are clean restrooms and clean tables even in the outdoor seating area!

Since hubby is Asian, we avoided this place but went there in desperation the other day. Now we are sad at the years we missed. Really fresh mounds of perfectly cooked veggies, tasty dishes, close to home, clean, friendly, what more can we ask.

People have told me never to buy food from this Panda Express, but late one night driving home with my 9year old niece after her Volleyball tournament, I did. So I have heard that this place is dirty, the servers are rude and one of my friends once found a piece of hair in it. You would think that this would deter me, but instead when you have a young lady in your car and its 830pm and you know places are about to close and all your niece wants Panda and off the freeway you see this one, you go. The shop was closing up so they were running out of items, which is understandable. Here’s what happened to me, which I just didn’t agree on. They write your name on your to go plate, they pre-stuff with rice and you’re looking what to order, the girl behind me has rice on hers but decides she doesn’t want the food, so they put back whatever food she chose and just dumped it back to the server plates. You see her rice plate getting thrown back in the rice cooker, her food, etc… I don’t think food hygiene is a priority here. The girl(I’ll leave nameless — but rolled her eyes) tried to sell me the previous girls food, and I didn’t want it, I said please get me a new plate of rice not that girls. They refused, so I refused to continue buying food there.

Came here last night for some dinner. It was busy as usual for a Saturday night. The customer service is pretty good every time I have came here. They are always very nice & always ask you if you would like a sample of something. They are also pretty good about restocking their empty items. Sometimes they can be a little slow but never seem to mess up your order. They only thing that can improve about this place is how clean the place is. The floor is usually dirty, sticky & blotchy. Which well isn’t attractive when you are eating. I hardly dine in here because its either packed or too loud. They also have outdoor seating which is nice on nice days. The food taste good– better then the food in pleasant hill.

I barely get Panda Express but when I do, the experience is always good. You need to expect your food to be greasy and yes they may be overpriced than any regular Chinese place, but it’s quick and ready to be on the go. This place had good service and the food was tasty, the area had been cleaned. A good quick lunch choice if you’re looking
