Awesome service by Ryan and his teams. Reliability, dependable and affordable. I am very happy with all the IT Ryan have done for my office early this year from the start up. Quite a lot of complex works but Ryan pull it off beautifully. He has continued to be great service as we recently need more of his service. Highly recommend his works, top notch.

Had my iPhone 5 screen replaced for 100 $, mishap with Ryan on where to meet the first time, no big deal… but when I did drop the phone off I asked him to replace my battery, been having charging issues for 6 mos, when I got my phone back, which was quickly, he didn’t change out the battery, saying that it charged ok. Frustrated me a bit, I know my phone charges but it dies quickly, in fact today after using it for GPS it went from 100% to 10% in 30 minutes, he should of complied with a customers wishes, it would have saved me another trip for replacement.

Great service. Prices did change almost every call (as stated in previous reviews), but not by much. Be prepared to leave your device for about 1 – 2 weeks. Recommend for PS3 repairs. I’m giving 5 stars for the options i had about repair or replacing my device.

i love this shop they have fixed 3 of my phones i have dropped and abused, 2 of my laptop screens, and my little brothers xbox 360 and always welcome me with a smile.

My Android phone got dropped and my phone screen shattered. I came here hoping to get a good professional fix… I’ve heard of people doing the replacement themselves (look at Youtube!), which would just cost me $ 20 for a new part, but I didn’t want any trouble later if i messed up in the process.
After they initially replaced and «fixed» my screen, multiple problems came up. First, they broke my increase volume button, so now whenever I need to increase the volume during a call, I need to tell the person on the phone to please wait, navigate to a new volume adjustment shortcut, and adjust my volume.
Second, they didn’t apply new adhesive to the screen so after they replaced the screen, my phone screen was loosening up and allowing sand and dust to get in.
So I went back to give them a second chance… Their hours were really restrictive and worse yet, the only person who could deal with my problems was there only part of the time. I showed up at the store and the technician was a good 40 minutes late. He then removed the screen, scraped off all the dust and sand that was now stuck to the adhesive, and in that process he left a scrape mark on my new screen!
In the end, it’s still not a satisfactory job. Yes it was my fault for dropping my phone in the first place but my phone came out of Mobile-​Tech in a worse condition. The screen is still a little loose, now with a scratch and extra dust inside. And I have a broken volume button.
My conclusion: save yourself some trouble, go somewhere else, or just do it yourself. Ryan the owner seemed like a nice guy but overall the store was just very unprofessional.

Ryan (Store Owner) was so pleasant and friendly, probably the most important reason why I gave 5 stars. I had my iPhone 4 (GSM/AT&T) unlocked at this location. Although it didn’t get done the first visit, he held my hand throughout the entire process (as everyone should know, EACH iPhone is different when coming to unlocking ‘the process’. I got charged a fair price for a legit GEVEY sim unlock and was cheaper than the $ 45 I normally see around other unlocking services. I would definitely recommend this place and Ryan to many people that is around this area looking for any PC-​Games-​Phone repair services.

Great local place to get your iphone, mac, or ipod touch stuff fixed! I don’t have to drive cross town to get stuff fixed. They were done in less than an hour for both devices. Cool folks and knows their stuff. Thanks!

I inherited an iPhone from a friend who moved up to the iPhone 4, and when my screen shattered after an accident, the staff here replaced it and had it back to me in less than 24 hours; when the screen broke again that same day, they fixed it again for free.
The shop is a little small and chaotic, and it is definitely a locally-​owned business, but the guy is friendly and can do stuff quick and simple. For the price, you get very good service. If you want to spend twice as much, you might be able to find something better, but if you’re like me and want it done no-​muss no-​fuss, this is a good place to start.

uggghh so frustrated i had my samsung impression cracked screen fixed a few months ago and he did a horrible job he got finger prints on the inside of the screen and he couldn’t clean it all that well he was nice enough to deliver to my house in within 2 days but then a few min later i found one screw was missing and called him back and he was like bring it back and i’ll fix it no charge i was like thanks and he fixed it but then the qwerty pad was popping out but i fixed it and now both my screws are gone since he didn’t do such a good job on my phone uggh what a waste of my $ 50 oh didn’t i mention i had bought my own screen on ebay!

Excellent Service! Wow I brought me phone that I dropped in my pool and I thought I lost all my contacts. They were a LIFESAVER!!! They repaired it in no time and got it working by the next day. Fantastic.

Let me start by saying my iphone took an unfortunate fall and came out with a cracked screen:(I did some research and found an ad for mobile tech on craigslist :) I proceeded to call and arrange a time to bring my broken iphone in. They fixed it within 45 min. I was pleased with the service and price.
Now 1 week later «Great my computer got a virus» I called and brought my desktop in. Done within 2 days:)))
Since I have found mobile tech Solutions, I have brought in a additional laptop, ps3, and daughters cell phone.
Al services that have been done were done correctly and reasonably priced.
Ryan is very helpful and keeps you up to date on all your repairs.
Highly recommended!!!
