I like this place but I’m mad at Krispy Kreme corporate for not shipping enough doughnuts to this place. It is 8:30 and they ran out of doughnuts. What kind of doughnut shop is this?

Sooooo deliciousssss. I have no shame in admitting that these donuts are freakin’ bomb and I eat them in pairs. Judge me! Very friendly staff. My faves are the chocolate cake glazed and sour cream glazed, followed closely by the maple glazed, which is a classic for sure. Minus one star cause I always try to order the lemon filled donuts and each time, I come home with cream filled. They’re still good though so I can’t complain. I mean, I have a box full of donuts so how the hell can I be upset?!

I’m not a fan of donuts, but I do visit this location from time to time to pick up donuts for work and my daughter. The staff here is always extremely friendly and greets upon your entry, even if they are helping another customer. They have a good selection of donuts but go early! They always run out of the glaze or sugar ones towards the end of the day around 5PM. There is no drive– thru here.

Drove 8miles from El Cerrito for fresh glazed doughnuts. This place is very clean and the lady behind the counter is very welcoming. I really liked their expresso as well. Definitely coming back for more fresh doughnuts.

This location is not a corporate store, it’s a franchise. I found this out last night when I tried to redeem a coupon for 2 dozen donuts for $ 10, apparently that applies to corporate stores only. Who I assume was the manager told me that he would be able to offer me BOGO dozen free which is roughly the same price. And I appreciate this because he could have just said«we don’t take coupons here» and lost a customer, instead he gave me a reason to want to stay and ended up buying 4 dozen donuts. One bad thing is that they don’t actually make the donuts here, only the original glazed I think. They get the rest delivered from another store. But the store itself is pretty clean and the location is pretty convenient with parking.

Pros: Convenient place & close to home for donuts Varieties of donuts to choose from Save on cost to buy donuts in dozen than buying donuts individually Plenty of parking spaces Friendly staff Excellent customer service very helpful Cons: Small store You hardly get to see how they make the donuts where other stores you can see how donuts are made during store hours Donuts tend to be too sweet Dunkin Donuts taste better

It’s my first time to visit this store. And I can’t help but commend the staff for doing a great job on handling a long line(due to a promo) and still keeping a good smile on their faces. Specially a guy named Gustavo who works on the counter… Keep it up

Very poor customer service and didn’t have glaze donut available early doing the day time. I will come back to this shop, donut was so dry I wouldn’t fed it to my dog wait of time and money

No original glazed donuts :(I would not come here without calling and verifying that they have these donuts. The only positive note was that the assorted dozen that I got was sugary and flavorful when I heated it up. It paired well with Glazed Donut Vodka.

A smaller Krispy Kreme, but the employees were very nice. I dropped here with my two co-workers before we drove off to work in the city. The place is clean and had a great assortment of doughnuts to choose from. I ended up getting a strawberry glazed doughnut and an Oreo filled crème doughnut. The strawberry doughnut was fantastic. Up until now I wasn’t even aware they had a strawberry doughnut. It was sweet, but that’s kind of expected at Krispy Kreme right? Anywho the Oreo one on the other hand was absolutely delicious! It was perhaps one of the best crème filled doughnuts I’ve ever eaten(I’m usually not a fan). I know I can’t eat Krispy Kreme every day, but if I could without gaining weight this would be the go to doughnut. Highly recommend giving it a try and I hope it’s not a limited time flavor. The gripe I had was I ended up getting a Vanilla Kreme Latte and it was pretty bad(what else could I order right I had a big boy moment that morning lol). The latte wasn’t blended well and there was a gigantic piece of ice on the bottom afterwards. It tasted watery and wasn’t enjoyable. Scratch that and it was still a pleasant experience overall!

Who doesn’t love freshly made donuts?! Came here for donut craves! I once came here for a 1 dozen donut voucher, and when I saw a fresh batch come out, I requested for them — so the nice gentlemen actually ended up giving me 2 boxes — fresh batch on the house! Yay — doesn’t get better than free glazed warm donuts! Yum

The donuts are always great. I catch the hot light a few times without trying. Service is eh. But you’re usually in and out so I can’t complain. DONOTBUYDRINKSHERE; everything is like extra sweet! I wanted to love the strawberry lemonade, but I just couldn’t take any more than two sips. Go to Jamba next door. However, donuts are their specialty and they’re awesome!

Still was never given a refund for the $ 1.29 this place stole from me. After much effort on my part, the corporate office said they were sending me a coupon for a free dozen donuts. Guess what? It never came. BEWAREANDAVOIDTHISSTORE !!!

I don’t eat donuts very often, but when I do, it’s a Krispy Kreme donut! My favorite is the plain old glazed donut ring – nothing fancy. It tastes best when it is hot and fresh! Nothing really compares to the signature Krispy Kreme taste. I come in and the staff is always really nice with a smile on their faces. Service is quick. Food is bomb. Driving by? Go for it! But just not every day :)

Came in last week… Store was clean but the customer service was AWFUL! The employees were rude and it seemed like they didn’t want to help their customers. Dear Krispy Kreme, Please educate your employees before putting them out on the floor.

I had a sudden craving last night for Krispy Kreme glazed donuts when I saw an advertisement on the internet. It had been more than 10 years since I stopped by Krispy Kreme. I used to live in Mountain View and there was a shop right off the freeway. So I looked for the nearest Krispy Kreme and found one in Pinole. I drove there this morning at 9 am. At first I thought it was closed because there was no car parked in front of it. I guess people just don’t get up before 9 on Sunday morning. I walked in and there was no other customer but 3 staff members. Dawn immediately welcomed me and asked what I would like. I knew that I was going to get 2 glazed doughnut because one was never enough. She convinced me to get one of the featured cookie dough doughnuts as well. I figured why not? After all, it had been more than 10 years since I stepped my foot inside of a Krispy Kreme shop. Dawn offered me hot glazed doughnuts. I ate those right away, and they were warm, soft, and as good as I remembered. They brought back some sweet memories of last decade! I also got a medium caramel latte. It was good, too, although I thought $ 3.99 was a bit expensive. I guess the drinks are how KK makes its profits. I did the online survey that came with the receipt and plan on going back within 3 months to get my free doughnut! 4pm in the afternoon I decided to eat the cookie dough doughnut. I noticed some instructions on the box about heating up the doughnut in the box in microwave for 8 seconds. What a great idea! I enjoyed another warm, soft, and super sweet doughnut. It was too sweet for me to eat on a regular basis but very satisfying as a special treat!

First of all, the actual store was clean and well maintained. The customer service overall was positive and friendly. But I must give this store one star because they betrayed me in a way no Krispy Kreme {“KK”) ever should. I had been craving a KK donut for going on two years now. There was just never one close enough and all the ones around me had closed down. Finally, I discover there is one a bit more than ten miles away from my place. I decide I want to go immediately BUT I only want to go when they have HOT and READY donuts. I call ahead to specifically ask when and if they will have fresh made glazed. The lady on the phone is pleasant and says, «we have them here now for you, Ms. Hot and ready to go!» HOORAY! No. I get to the store(after driving 30 minutes in Friday evening traffic — I’m thinking it’s worth it for those sweet little donuts) and I see they have some old glazed on display and some other old looking glaze sitting behind them on the wire rack thing — the thing that should be moving making fresh, hot donuts. I ask the guy at the counter, «can I get the HOT donuts.» He says, «oh yes, we have the hot donuts right here ready for you!» He proceeds to fill my box with all those old looking donuts. I felt as if I must be wrong about the donuts, maybe they look old from far away? No. I ate one donut and wanted to cry. It was cold and even a little on the stale side. It was so depressing, after two years of waiting for that wonderful hot bite of heaven — that reminds me of my dad and I in my younger days waiting in line and getting those hot samples — I got that depressing, slightly stale, neither«Kremey» nor«Krispy» donut. I don’t know if I could ever forgive them for this. Side note: I would have said something at the store but I was with my boyfriend who 1) doesn’t like when I’m confrontational at service places and 2) never had a warm KK donut so didn’t even know why I was annoyed.

Keep in mind that this is a satellite location, not nearly as big as the one in Concord. Prices are standard for Krispy Kreme which means they’re a bit high compared to the local mom and pop’s so that’s something to keep in mind. On the upside, the staff seemed friendly enough during my visit and it is in a convenient location.
