I have had such a positive experience with Dr. Jung. I have a somewhat rare case and was diagnosed with Meniere’s. This causes extreme vertigo and can be very debilitating. I went to several doctors and they all basically said I would have to live with it. I was having these dizzy, spinning attacks every other week. I started seeing Dr Jung on Aug 7^th of 2014 and to date I have not had an attack since then. Dr Jung was able to improve the curvature of my neck which I believe has contributed to ending these attacks. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Jung for making me feel normal again. He is a very caring chiropractor who really wanted to help me and he certainly did. The office staff is very courteous and accommodating –always very friendly and helpful. I am continuing to see him twice a month. I would definitely recommend Dr Jung.

I have been seeing Dr. Jung since 2004. In that time he has saved my life! I had horrible migraines and disabling sciatica all at the young age of 20. I was referred by a friend and I owe her everything for convincing me to go see Dr. Jung. Since I began treatment, I have referred countless friends and family to the incredible care of Dr. Jung. He has taught me about spine health and changed the quality of life for me and so many of my friends. Below is a letter that my Aunt wrote to Dr. Jung before moving out of state to provide a recommendation of care. — If you wish to truly improve your health and quality of life… at least call to see what its all about.
September 1^st 2011
Dear Dr. Jung,
It all began in September of 2010. I noticed my right foot started to go to sleep. Over the next year it increased to my other foot, up my legs, all the way up my spine and into my head. It felt like a vice on my head, creating numbness on my chin and into my ears. I was getting vertigo so bad that I couldn’t do my normal day to day activities. My only relief was lying in bed and not moving my neck or head at all.
I first went to my primary care doctor and she sent me for x-​rays. She also sent me to see a neurologist. The neurologist then sent me for an MRI. After the neurologist evaluated my MRI and x-​rays he sent me to physical therapy. I followed his instructions and completed 6 weeks of physical therapy and it did more harm than good. My primary care doctor sent me again to another doctor. This time it was a neurosurgeon. He also examined my MRI and x-​rays and told me to go back to my doctor, continue taking my medications, which were making me sick, and to just persevere. When I asked him if my neck was causing any of my symptoms he said «No.»
At this point I was devastated. My primary care doctor had to put me on blood pressure medication and anxiety pills because my entire nervous system was under stress. This had affected my whole being.
My Niece who had been a patient of yours urged me to come and see you. I had been apprehensive in the past about chiropractic but was willing to try anything to improve my quality of life. My primary care doctor was also apprehensive. However; after my first appointment with you, you offered to write my doctor a letter about treatment. She was so impressed with your letter. She said all of the questions she would have asked you were explained in the letter and told me «by all means go see Dr. Jung.» Not only were her questions answered but so were mine. In our initial consultation you looked at my MRI and x-​rays and found the problem immediately. You showed me on the films where and what it was. It was right there on the films. My primary care doctor never saw the actual films just the reports, but I can’t for the sake of God understand why those two other doctors never addressed the problem you have been able to fix.
I started treatment in your office in January 2011. We had our ups and downs, but improvement started coming and I knew that when the curvature was corrected it would all be better. The first improvement I felt was with the vertigo. Then the numbness in my chin and ears started to fade. Before coming to your office the nerve endings in my shoulders were so damaged that they would make my whole body shake. But as we ventured down our long journey I began to see more and more improvement. Getting my head back over my shoulders proved to be more taxing, but we got where I needed to be! You helped me to not get discouraged and to stick with treatment. It’s amazing the difference this has made on my life.
Dr. Jung I can’t thank you enough for giving me my life back. I really do feel like you have saved my life. My condition was so horrible because it affected my body, my emotions, and my whole life. You are a wonderful and kind person on top of being a great Doctor. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me regain my life.

Dr. Jung changed my posture, for the better!
I suffered from a bad forward hunched posture growing up. When I met Dr. Jung (by luck and a random pick) I was about 23 years old (2006 – 2007) and he changed my posture in just a month or two. I started noticing dramatic changed in my posture, as Dr. Jung performed his magic through «CBP» techniques. I stand 6’1″ and people all of sudden started asking me if I had grown an inch or so… I would say no, but family and friends would tell me that I look taller! Well that was because of the traction tables and Dr. Jung starting to re-​shape my spine into it’s natural position.
I use to struggle to keep my back nice and straight. I had to make a conscientious decision to keep my back straight and when I got tired or stopped thinking about it, boom I would lean forward. By the time Dr. Jung had gotten my spine where he wanted it, I had no more issues holding myself up. It was actually the other way around. I had to push my shoulders and spine forward and make myself hunch over, and like a bent spring, my spine would automatically stand straight the moment I would let go. My spine was corrected YAYE!
I saw Dr. Jung for about 8 months or so and I moved out of the Pinole area shortly after. Getting to see him even once a week was near impossible because of my work schedule. It is now 2014, and I have noticed my back starting to slouch forward like I use to. Unfortunately this was not a permanent fix for me, but he warned me that I need to visit him every so often to keep my back in line. I wish I could have listened but like I said, distance and schedule just wouldn’t allow me.
I was currently looking for another CBP Chiropractor in my area to help straighten my back out and I seen that Dr. Jung only had one review! So I wanted to give him 5 starson Unilocal…
Side note: Years later after seeing Dr. Jung, my wife started to work for a Chiropractor who did not believe in CBP and kind of talked bad about this process. When she took X-Ray’s of my spine, she was so impressed on what she seen, that she wanted to know my original doctor’s name to learn more because of my testimony! Her chiropractor that she worked for did nothing for my back and if anything left it sore once leaving. I don’t have anything good or bad to say about Chiropractors, but I would not go to just any Chiropractor. If anyone would ever ask me if I had luck with one, I will and did always praise Dr. Jung and for what he did for me! I am so glad he introduced me to the CBP technique, I just hope and pray I can find someone as good as him.
As for staff, cleanliness, and it’s facility. ALL 5 STARS! I always looked forward in spending the next 30 minutes there and always left with a smile on my face!

Kind, helpful and friendly staff. They practice Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) which focuses on posture and spinal alignment through X-​ray analysis, spinal adjustments and traction. The consultation includes X-​rays and I believe the first adjustment/​traction. Dr. Jung is amazing! He explains everything and is very thorough. The treatment program I did was 8 weeks with X-​rays taken again halfway through. I would get headaches because of how I held my shoulders and lower back pain from standing/​sitting for long periods of time and the treatment helped alleviate those problems.
There is another chiropractor there, Dr. Hammet, who is very friendly and welcoming.
