Eyes & Smiles Optometry

I am a huge fan of Eyes & Smiles Optometry and have recommended this office to a few people. The front staff is very friendly and accommodating, Perla and Janeth have been there for awhile; I think Alexis is new (at least to me, since my last visit) and they are all great and very nice. I’ve been going to Eyes & Smiles for 3 years, and each time I’ve never had a wait. Dr. M is very, very sweet and remembers details about my life even though I only see her once a year. The whole process of having the eye exam is quick and painless; I am usually in and out in 30 minutes. 5 stars!

Good location and clean. Great frame selection/​variety. Doctor is very nice. However, doctor needs to explain/​go over exam findings, and if necessary, compare old exam with new one, in case that you’re an established/​follow-​up patient. Modern clinic and staff is attentive.

Dr. M is a thorough, patient, and caring optometrist. My son needs stronger glasses, which he is not happy about, and Dr. M made him feel so much better about the whole process. Her staff, are professional and friendly. We got some great recs on nice looking glasses for my son and were very happy. Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying that before I started to come here I was seeing another eye doctor that I saw for 20 years and after several disappointing visits, I new it was time to switch doctors.
This place was very close to my house (max 5 – 10 minutes away) and I got an appointment relatively soon and parking was awesome — all of which wasn’t available with my previous doctor. The ladies at the front desk were really nice and very kind of the phone as well. The place itself is really small but very clean, comfortable and organized.
I was checked in and did all the eye testing needed in less than 15 minutes and the wait time for the doctor was short. The doctor was really kind and explained anything I didn’t understand and always asked if I had questions. The exam itself was pretty quick and to the point. He recommended that I get new classes and a new prescription (which I knew I needed to begin with as the glasses that I had were 6 years old!).
While choosing my glasses the lady who helped me was really kind, she explained to me what my insurance covered and if I had any questions and to take my time picking out a frame that I really liked. About 30 minutes later, I picked out a frame I enjoyed and the receptionist was quick enough to do the paperwork and had me well on my way.
Wait time for glasses are 7 – 10 days! Which never happened at my old eye doctors office. They called me in 7 days as promised and when I came in to pick up my glasses they were really kind and make sure they fit well. Overall I am very happy with this experience and defiantly recommend this eye doctor to anyone who is looking for a new eye doctor or coming here for the first time. They see kids of all ages and adults of all ages!

Do you want a outstanding eye doctor and staff, we this is the place to go. I brought in my own pair of frames and also got a new pair from them. I trust them not only with my eyes, but with my entire family which includes my grand daughter!

Dr. Naz and the staff at the office are great :) Very patient staff. They were very helpful while choosing my frames and I was not rushed at all. Very cute office and decorations. I definitely recommend this office.

Everyone there was very kind and friendly. The doctor was very precise with my eye exam and genuinely concerned about getting me the proper prescription for my eyesight. (She called me after getting my new glasses and asked to know if everything was okay)… an overall excellent experience!
I even recommended them to my neighbor’s kids :)

Great office! I really liked the doctor (saw the guy, not the primary woman doctor) and the staff was nice. Their selection was not great (was going to give them four stars for that; although though it was limited, they do have some nice frames and I found a number that I liked… extremely limited in the under $ 130 though [how much my insurance covers] so I had to pay out-​of-​pocket for the overage), but they were able to see me as a new patent on New Year’s Eve day so that I could use my insurance benefits before the end of the year, so 5 stars!
Now, if only I could figure out why they have such an odd name. :)

I don’t know what Betty S is talking about maybe she is talking about someone else but I have been going to Dr M for years and she is very professional along with her staff, her staff is the best very knowledgeable and willing to help you in anyway that they can.
Once you see Dr M will not look any further for a great Optometrist.

Turning 40 has it’s pros and cons and the loss of my perfect eyesight was NOT one of the pros!
Luckily, I found Dr. M! Her expertise, patience and competence made me feel comfortable and confident with my passage into the ‘glasses wearing’ phase of my life– she even helped me with my (awesome) sun glasses!
I highly recommend Eyes & Smiles!
