It’s right next to my house so we walk to this dollar store with my son who is 3 years old. He always find things that he likes and we get a good walk. This place has good variety and most needed items can be found here including produce. Only problem is floors are mostly very dirty and store can use some help with organising. Overall good store.

This dollar store is HUGE! It’s like a Super dollar store. I came in for glassware and found the cutest, cheapest mugs and glasses that are exactly what I went in looking for.

For what it is, it’s great! The employees are friendly enough and the store is relatively clean. Sometimes I come in to grab some lemons or a clamp. It’s the perfect place for the odds and ends that you need around the house if you don’t want to go somewhere larger or further. I live close enough to walk so that’s a plus! The«mall» where the store is located only has two good things going for it: this store and the Chinese restaurant across the parking lot.

This store is awesome! They have tons of stuff for only 99cents. The staff are helpful. The only thing is the meat, which, if you think about it, why does meat get sold in a 99cent store? Just don’t buy it. Trust me.

As much as I like bargains I have avoided going to 99cent stores. Snooky wanted nuts and told me this was the place to buy them. 99cents certainly sounded better than paying $ 8 at the supermarket. I usually stay in the car when we go. I insist that he go in without me. I’m not sure why. My status conscious friends, who would be horrified at the idea of shopping at this type of store, would not see me here. Even so, I looked both ways before I went into buy him a treat. I did not find the nuts. However, I did find: brand names, and fresh fruit & vegetable There was a lot or reasonably priced merchandise. that I had no desire to buy. I guess these 99cent and dollar stores have replaced the variety stores and the five and dimes that flourished years ago.

Almost everything is 99 cents. I only shop here if I need some school supplies or some small household items.

Messy location be adequate for the bargains they offer. Beware of meds as they are knock-offs of many major brands. a buying ANY birth control items is a total risk Dah!!! Hello, RISK here. You get what you pay for is the old adage and in this case it may very well apply.

I always find myself getting a few things from this 99 cent store. Usually Paper plates, cups, and lots of candy! Only thing is i end up picking up a few items that I «might» need like that flashlight keychain. lol. The place is gets real messy but I am sure its because they are constantly moving tons of merchandise.

This store is dirt cheap with everything being 99 cents or less and they even have brand named products so its not a generic store that you’d expect 99 cent items to be. They even have things like fruits and veggies, milk and meats. They’re just really ripe or somewhat close to the expiration date but since you’ll probably using it automatically it doesnt really matter. However I do think that this is a smaller store because from other 99 cent stores that i’ve passed by and heard about there is more variety but this place is still good. I just wish i had this back home in HI because everything is so expensive back there to begin with =P

This place is the bomb, Saturdays mornings is the best time to come normally because the put out all the new stuff on the shelf. We all know I have a shopping problem and never dreamed it would carry over into the 99 Cent Store but it did. I was there getting school supplies for some little folks in my life and got completely ridiculous with my spending. Hannah Montana, Cheetos, fruit cups, flavored water, socks, thongs, Christmas items, Barbie flash cards, coloring pencils, markers and tissue. That’s just wrong! The fruit looked fresh, today, I stuck to things that wouldn’t give me food poisoning if it indeed was old but hey I have gambled with much more riskier things in life, not to mention I have Kaiser. Ps. Don’t take a 5 year old girl there. She got me completely off task!

This store opened on my birthday, 2÷21÷2008! I am so very happy I will not have to drive miles shopping at 99 Cents Store located on Willow Pass Road in Concord CA for my veggies, fruit, and other items I need on a day-to-day basis due to the fact, I am on a tight, fixed income budget. The produce and freezer departments are chocked full of fresh food way below Lucky’s. Safeway, and other major grocery stores charges for the same items. Shop here and save on all your grocery store necessities! I bought 40 items=$ 40.42 which includes 6 houseware items: 2 Ball Jar Condiment Containers, Dishscrubber, Red Silicon Spatula, 2 boxes of Kitchen Garbage Bags, and the rest of the merchandise I purchased were a plethora o’ veggie & fruit produce, frozen seafood(ahi tuna steaks & wahoo steaks), 1 pkg. hot dogs on a stick, bologna, 8 refrigerated fruit juices, blue stilton cheese, shredded blue cheese, dijon mustard, dark choc. cake mix, and milk. Awesome! I saved tons o’ moola! P. S. On 99 Cent Store receipt for questionable address: 6018 South Central Avenue?
