NewGen Restores Inc. is a family owned premier carpet cleaning and floor care company with over 30 years of customer service experience. Kent Ravaioli, the owner, has his master certification in carpet cleaning and floor care. We are a licensed, bonded and insured business employing full time certified technicians.

Business Owner

Kent is not only a business man but also a loving father to 3 children and a beloved husband. Originally from New Jersey, Kent moved to the Charlotte area in 2010 with high hopes of making a name for himself.

Although his career began on the stock market, he always wanted to own his own business. He started small with his own computer repair company but eventually set his eyes on something bigger in 2014, NewGen Restores.

Even though the company is still in its early stages, it is back by over 30 years of carpet and floor cleaning experience!

Kent thoroughly enjoys what he does and is proud to call himself a small business owner!
