I had both my VW R32 and Subaru STi tinted at A-1 and I’m extremely happy with the finished product. Daniel took great care of me and I was very impressed by his knowledge of window tinting. He had the exact answer for whatever question I could throw at him. The tint job was of a very high caliber and I could not find any flaws. Also having a warranty on any of the work performed helped me decided to go with them over other competitors.
Its not a big operation but they definitely were very accurate with finishing at their said time. I plan to bring them my girlfriends new car soon, going to surprise her with a complete tint job.
I’d suggest A-1 Tint Pros to anyone in the Charlotte area if your looking for a quality, well priced and professional tinting job on any sized vehicle.

I took my company car to their shop with no appointment and they got me right in. I sat in there waiting area and worked on my laptop while they tinted my windows! These guys took good car of me. VERY CLEAN BUSINESS. I was expecting that they would pay very little to no attention to the waiting area and restroom, but I was wrong!!! This place was clean and professional. Also the windows on my Camry looks great! I would’ve never guessed it would have made that big of a difference of the amount of heat it blocks from entering in my car.
See you guys soon with my wife’s personal car!

The fella called on a Monday and arranged for them to come out on Saturday at 3:00 for a home window tinting estimate. By 3:30 on Saturday, he hadn’t shown up so we called his mobile number — it had been disconnected. We called the shop. THAT number had been disconnected. We even called from a second phone just to make sure. Then we called their Raleigh location and got someone — hoorah! That guy apologized and said he’d figure out what was going on and call us back. About 30 minutes later, Raleigh guy called us to apologize for Charlotte guy who’d just totally forgotten about the appointment. Charlotte guy never called to apologize or anything! Too bad we can’t use Raleigh A-1 Tint Pros; they actually value customer service.
