Walmart Supercenter

Unfortunately I can not give less than 1 star. Let’s start with on any given weekend you can be minding your business shopping and spot several dogs being pushed around the store in carts. The associates never ask the customer to leave with the dog they just are seen doting on the dogs. Today I waited in line for 47 minutes when only 2 full registers and 2 express were open at 10am on Saturday, I asked to speak to a manger and waited 20 minutes at the customer service desk and no one came to speak with me. The register manager was at a loss stating this is all the staff I have. WAKE UP — the managers should be there running registers to get the crowd cleared out. I have never even seen what looks like a manger in the store. I have reported this to the 800walmart # and my next call will be the health department Monday am, I’m sure they won’t be thrilled to hear about the dogs wandering the store unchecked. Target and Publix are close by and they would love my business.
UPDATE 1÷25÷16 — 9 DAYS LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED BY A MEMBER OF MANAGEMENT AS PROMISED BY THE 800 WALMART STAFF. AS PROMISED I HAVE CONTACTED THE HEALT DEPT LET’S SEE HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT DOGS IN THE STORE.

This is your local convenient store that we have often visited as kids. I speak for myself, for the most part. As an adult, I rarely visit Walmart unless I am in urgent need of an item or two. I have visited a number of Walmart Supercenter’s in the past decade and have never encountered such poor customer service as I found staff to be unhelpful which took me longer to find what I needed. All in all, this Walmart Supercenter is 24 hours which makes it that much more convenient.

what do I expect it’s a walmart. lots of stuff… hard to find, very crowded and chaotic but cheap and a one stop shop. Hardware stock person was helpful and friendly when I was looking for smoke detectors. 20 item or less checkout was quick and the cashier was courteous. I still dread going to walmart. I try to go to walmart as little as possible.

I have to agree with the comments already written. The Walmart is well stocked and very clean but the employees don’t seem to be very excited. I was in the emergency room this morning and after being released, I went to get a prescription this afternoon at 2:15. I was told that they were backed up and that I could expect to pick my medicine up at 3:15 or earlier. So I went to double check and the employee was not interested at all and treated me like an annoyance. I don’t like shopping at a place where I’m seen as an inconvenience.

Mass chaos no matter what time you come here, only a QUARTER of the staff is friendly and helpful but unfortunately the majority looks miserable and tired.
I hate to say that about a place like Wal-​mart but unfortunately outside their demoralized staff, they NEVER have enough registers open, especially having 25 registers not opened on a busy weekend or evening.
This place has not been so customer-​friendly on one night where the staff roped off the left and right side of the registers where consumers had to go through the women’s section just in order to check out with only 2 – 3 registers open with lines being 15 deep.
I hope their focus gets back into having morale added back into their night crew, be more assertive in assisting customers, being professional on the floor and most importantly, provide excellent customer service-​no matter what shift you have or what kind of day you’re having, that should be left at the door when working and being around consumers.

The customer service in this specific location is extremely poor. I just tried to connect to a department unsuccessfully 3 times. The operator does not communicate well. At the very least, tell your customer if you are connecting or just placing them on hold or no no one is in the department and the customer can decide to call back. I just tried calling again to see if I could speak to a store manger and got the «click» sound of doom… 5 minutes later… still nothing.

They tried to overcharge me for the labor on an oil change by $ 20. Totally worthless assistant manager. Totally useless Auto Center staff.
Never going back there.

I absolutely avoid this location as much as possible. I dislike everything from the clientele to the staff. One time my husband and I went in looking for something specific and we asked 4 different employees and each one sent us to a different location in the store until we ended up coming full circle where we started. Of course in true Wal-​Mart style they have like 50 registers and only keep 2 or 3 open no matter how long the line is.
The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they almost always have what I want but I do go out of my way to actively avoid going there if at all possible.

You should see how many shipping carts are in the parking lot. It’s crazy. Is there a manager on duty tonught?

I went to get two new tires put on my car, I was told to be there at 4:00 for my appointment or they wouldn’t see me because it was the end of the day. I was there until 6:30, they didn’t even start on my car until 5:00. No one reported time frames to me, when I asked around 5:30 they said in a few minutes l it should be done, an hour later… I left work early to meet their deadline that wasn’t even accurate and ended up wasting the entire evening when I still had work to get done. Don’t bother with their auto center.

This Walmart is very clean but the one thing I have noticed with all Walmart no matter where you are, the staff is not always that helpful or interested in helping .
I would love to give this place a great reviews but I have had not the best experience with their staff members they have made me feel like I am a bother to them.

The only good things about Walmart is that it is open ²⁴⁄₇ and you can do all of your shopping in one place. Also things are a little cheaper here for most things. This one off US 19 seems to always be packed because of its location. Luckily, I’ve only been at night during non peak hours so it usually isn’t too bad with parking and check out.

Just another Saturday of procuring groceries, not anything spectacular. One tip: if you don’t want people stalking your parking spaces who want to grab yours the very moment you leave, park on the sides or in the back. Otherwise, you run into the many that look at that concrete between the lines like it is a piece of steak for their car.
Got a good check-​out lady today who double bagged everything like milk, iced tea, and the like. The thing about Walmart is you’ll get 20 checkout employees who will do things 20 different ways, but that’s life, leaving things open to interpretation. I haven’t been a worker for Walmart in 15 years, so I don’t remember what their bagging policies are. Nice to see some employees out there looking out for us.
Other than that, it was the usual rat race of trying to outmaneuver people from all walks of life. Be sure to bring your patience and manners with you, as you’ll occasionally need them in Wally World.

The woman who works at the main desk inside the vision center, HER NAME IS DEBBIE, is so rude!!! There was a man standing about 5 feet from Debbie’s desk so I thought Debbie was helping the man so I stood back and patiently waited for my turn to talk to Debbie. Debbie saw me and said, «What are you doing way back there? If you have questions, you have to come to me.» I explained that I thought she was helping the man, and she said, «No. What do you need?» I told her I had some questions about contact lenses. She quickly – and unpleasantly – rattled off pricing. When I asked her to explain again, she huffed and puffed and reluctantly started to explain again. Her attitude was so HORRIBLE, that I left in the middle of her talking to me; told her that I will be going elsewhere; and told her that she is a very rude woman. I will never go back to that Walmart Vision Center!!!

Excellent, lean and tidy Walmart with a lot of selection– more than I have found at any other Walmart! I was very pleased to see all of the nice home products.

Wow stuff is CHEAP here. With such a massive selection of merchandise I felt like I could spend hours in here. They didn’t just have merchandise, they had a hair salon, and eyeglass office, a pharmacy, a separate liquor store, their own gas station outside, and so much I probably didn’t even see. The large senior population and the stereotyped obese American riding around on a rascal scooter are the main shoppers here, but don’t let that deter you from a great deal!
Edit: They also have a nail salon and a McDonald’s.

This is the typical Wal Mart experience you read all over the web. Long lines, rude people (customers and employees), and just that vibe of Wal Mart. It has what you are looking for but you will have to survive Wal Mart.

Seriously!!! I have three items and I have been standing in line for 20 minutes. Open more than 4 registers when the lines are out of control! Ugh.

The busiest Walmart in the area and the level of customer service is seriously lacking. Think what you will about Walmart they make no pretenses about what they are and do. You can buy almost anything you could ever want here at low prices, from guns to Pringles and everything in between. Just don’t expect to be on and out of this location as it seems to be built on the site of a time vortex that makes you stay longer.
