Great location, easy commute to Tampa or St. Petersburg. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Very relax. Clean. Amazing amenities. When I stop in to just check out the apartment because I needed to move that same month. Everyone was very helpful to show me options and when I got taken to look at the community and apartment, I fell in love with the place.

Friendly staff, great amenities — would recommend to friends. Love the attached garages that are available, and the high-​end finishes in the upgraded units are nice.

Love this place, moving out of state this summer and we are sad to go. Neighbors are rude but what do you expect from an apartment complex. Too many pit bulls walking around this place too.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. One is being VERY VERY generous. The apartments are old and ratty, the walls are paper thin, and as a result people call the cops all the time for people having ‘arguments’ even though they were just talking normally in the apartments. There were multiple break-​ins when I lived there (people can just kick in the front door very easily), so there are cops banging on your doors for questioning at 3am constantly. The guy catty corner below me kicked in his own door during a fight with his wife one night. It was insane, and I was scared!
The front office is difficult, I’ll say. They let certain residents have vicious pit bulls and let those vicious dogs attack people without any consequences, even though pit bulls are restricted on the property. When I went in to tell them about the dog attack, they told me they had no knowledge of the dog, yet they told me later they knew she had the dog and didn’t make her pay the pet fee or pet deposit. They didn’t care we got attacked and ended up in the hospital. So, if you want to hear people peeing in the apartments next you, talk to cops all the time, and get attacked by pitbulls so badly that you need surgery, this is the apartment for you. Also, there’s no parking ever, and they’ll tow your car even if you live there and have your car registered with them and tell you it was a mistake but you still have to pay for it. Also, the sprinkler water smells like rotten egg… every single night.
THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY AND AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. THERES A NICE APT COMPLEX ACROSS THE STREET THATS COMPARABLE IN PRICE AND WAY NICER AND BETTER!!!

This community was first my place of employment and now my home. The staff are friendly and willing to go above and beyond to meet any need you might have. Their doors are open to resident needs.
One highlight of living here, in addition to the gorgeous pool facilities, are the frequent and well executed resident events. This truly is a community where you have opportunity to meet your neighbors, listen to live music and eat amazing food.
The proximity to US-​19 and Gandy Blvd is extremely convenient no matter which direction you are commuting whether north to Clearwater/​Palm Harbor or across either the Gandy or Howard Frankland bridges to Tampa.

My partner and I have been at Villas at Gateway for two months now and we love it! It’s in a great location and always very quiet. All of our neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The office staff have been extremely helpful throughout our time here and we love going to the food truck Wednesday events every other week to meet other residents and try some great food.
The units are gorgeous with crown molding and a newly updated kitchen. We were going to paint the walls when we first moved in but ended up loving the paint color the complex chose for the walls. We also love our garden tub, our garage, patio, and the pool!
You should definitely consider being our neighbor!

I really don’t have any complaints. I’ve lived here 1 ½ years and have had zero issues! If there is something wrong in the apartment, I put in a work order and it’s always fixed. I’m not sure why one of the reviews is so awful as I’ve never had any of those issues. Especially with cops, the front staff or thievery. Very odd as it’s a quiet community. Most apartments are updated and there is nothing wrong with the non updated ones. I have new flooring and paint. Everything is clean and the layouts are nice. I feel safe walking the perimeter of the property and outside the property with my son. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I just fell in love with this apartment when I saw it. I loved the layout. The kitchen was spacious and it has a cute desk where you can place a computer. Breakfast bar and dining area, patio and master bathroom has a bigger bathtub. When you call the office for the maintenance, they usually come fast. There were a couple problems.

1. The AC was broken in the summer and no matter how many times they came and tried to fix it, it stayed broken. So our 3^rd floor apartment was over 90 degrees at some point. The AC didn’t seem to be cooling our apartment so we gave up instead of wasting electricity.
2. The sprinkler they turn on at night absolutely stinks. The water smells like rotten egg.
3. We did not have any roach or fruit fly problem (thank God!) but we did have ant problem. It did go away after I called the maintenance for spraying the apartment.
The big issue I had was really the AC because the place was just so hot. I still liked the apartment overall.
