Slow as molasses. 1hr45min for an oil change at 8am. No staff was there. Their mechanics didn’t arrive to work until 9. Why do they open at 730am if there’s nobody around to do anything. Total joke.

I went due to noise. They inspected. Said uneven wear was causing it and I needed new tires as the wear was low anyways.
I went in 4k miles later to get my first free rotation with the package. The tires were «too worn» to rotate, apparently they misdiagnosed and they said I needed new struts and shocks. I got them, but could never rotate my tires given the wear pattern. So 30k miles into my 90k mile tires I needed new tires and they could not credit me the balance of my tires (60k miles) since I «did not get my tires rotated regularly». There goes $ 1k down the drain.

Not even 1 Star. Cross threaded my lug nuts sheared the stems on the highway after tire kingdom rotated my tire. Pregnant fiancée in the vehicle almost lost the wheel.
