Love this store — especially being a franchise I love the fact no matter which one I walk in I know where everything is … mostly!
I will say we are considering adding a couple extra cabinets in our kitchen I did attend the home depot in riverview — they only carry white, pine I think and plain — everything else is custom.
The staff in this store always seem right there — love it :)

Bill in plumbing saved the day! I was making a bird play stand out of PVC pipe and he got all the measurements right, helped me pick out the right pieces, and get my project finally finished! Thanks Bill!

My go-​to home improvement store. I was going to say just because they are the closest to where we live, but after my last visit I will have to say they have awesome customer service at this location. I’ve been here over 5 times now in the last month and each time, everyone I have come into contact with has been helpful. Checkout is normally a breeze too with no long waits. The assisted checkout lanes are very fast convenient when you only have a few items.
My latest stop in, I was looking at a grill/​smoker, but did not see any on the floor. After asking an employee there, he located the 5 they had in stock– still in a box waaaay up on a shelf in another aisle. So he hopped on a forklift and brought the box down so I could have my grill. Instead of 1. Not even looking for the item 2. Telling me to come back later and 3. Being rude– He was the exact of opposite! Wish I had gotten his name, I will have to remember to look for him next time I am there.
Anyways, this store is always in stock of everything I’ve needed so far. Will continue to shop here for that reason and for the excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service. We just moved to the area and paid $ 50 for a door install consultation on Apr 6. No one called to confirm an appt time all week and after trading many calls, they were supposed to come out this morning, on Apr 14. No call, no show. Also, the soonest they could do a fence consultation was May 2. We cancelled our window consultation for May 23. They obviously do not value their customers. Lots of other competition out there, Home Depot! We will not be buying anything from them in the future.

The 2 stars is for how their alleged «pro» checkout is run, although The store is actually stocked pretty well, and the staff knows their stuff.
Doing commercial work, we have to make purchase orders by phone, and it requires some extra time.
I stood in line on a Thursday morning in a lane marked Pro, and after getting the items scanned, the lady says I can’t do phone in POs and that I’ll have to go to the other pro desk, although it had the same «pro» signs.
I wound up standing in that line for over ½ an hour. They should’ve marked the first pro lane as «no phone in POs» or something.
On top of that, their pro checkout desk only had two people in a weekday morning.
I’m amazed any contractors in this area get any work done before noon. At the rate these people work

This is a review for the Home Depot My Install. We had a Home Depot My Install rep give us a quote for a 54″ wide bathroom cabinet, vanity top, and faucet plus a 30″ wide vanity top and faucet, with no cabinet. It was $ 6,300!!! You can decide for yourself if you want to schedule a measuring and estimate. DIYers need not apply.

Staff members are helpful but you sometimes have to track them down depending on where you are in the store. Very nice garden section. Overall, very good HD location.

All Home Depots have excellent customer service but this particular location goes a step further. All the service associates are friendly and always willing to help.

There isn’t a lot to say about Home Depot. It is our preferred home improvement store. We normally can find most of what we want here. This is one of three locations we visit and has become our primary since moving to Pinellas Park.
I have definitely become appreciative of their nice garden section since purchasing a house. They have a decent selection of flowers and I love that they have them labeled by perennial, annuals, etc. It is helpful for those of us that are new to gardening.
Home Depot is also my go-​to spot for getting keys made. It is generally pretty easy to find someone in that area to make a key for you. It is quick and painless.
Like all Home Depot’s it is often easier to find specific products yourself. I have found that if I ask a staff member for help I basically then get to watch them walk up and down the aisles searching for the appropriate sign and then looking for the product. I can do that myself.
Overall, I like Home Depot and this location. I spend a lot of money there. While it could be better, I will keep coming back. They are easy and generally decently priced.

We always have good luck and wonderful service at this store. The only thing I don’t like is now they have in store canvassing and you get pitched by numerous people for all kinds of home improvement services. That being said, they do go away when asked to and they’re not pushy. The wonderful customer service here makes up for it by a mile!

I have a mixed feeling about this place. Sometimes they have nice helpful employees here. Other times we get no help when needed and they are doing nothing but chatting near the checkout.
