Messed up my order for furniture and instead of fixing the problem they have taken their time in trying to get it resolved. Manager doesn’t call back when he says he will, you end up having to call multiple times to get anything fixed and it is beyond frustrating and provides a horrible customer service experience. The quality of furniture is good but when you spend thousands on something you would expect them to provide you with the same quality service. I will not be ordering from rooms to go again I would advise people to stray away from this location if you can and do not order something to be delivered it will be a waste of your time and money.
