My 30 year old A/​C finally gave out. I called a few companies and Johnson Family Air not only quoted the best price, they were very polite and understanding. The guys showed up on time and were very professional and courteous.

My first initial impression was very positive and professional over the phone. They came on time, in uniform, clean and neat, professional and straight to work! They were thorough during inspection, not trusting other A/​C companies, and assessed the problem. Before implementing they reviewed it with me asking if I had any questions along the way. When finished the were reasonable priced. I would recommend them highly again and again!
