Good location. First time here but when we got here we were told 20 min wait. She wrote our name down and said 20 minutes. 40 minutes go by and everyone after us were getting seated so I went up and asked and looked at the list and they couldn’t even find the page with our name on it. Offered no kind of compensation for this and my 8 month along pregnant girlfriend was very hungry. Will not return.

I went here and I felt so uncomfortable in this day and age there is no way a customer should feel as such. When seated we realized they were seating customers by race may just be me over thinking but all the black people were on one side of the restaurant and the white people on the other side and we sat there for 10 mins while the «white side» actively had servers… Don’t want to say racial segregation but definitely felt like it

I called in my order. The girl on the phone seemed confused by every word. It was one of the weirdest experiences ever for ordering by phone. This is a new location, so maybe that accounts for the disorganization that ensued. We waited forever for the order that we placed earlier. Then part of the order was wrong and another part was missing. This was after we confirmed our order in the store.
I would go back though. The food was fine. I think this was just growing pains.

New place with kinks to work out. Service was good and the greeter was very friendly. They have Boysenberry Syrup too, but you have to ask.

Brand-​new IHOP with friendly, fast service! Expect a 15 – 20 minute wait on the weekends (everyone loves breakfast!), but worth the wait! And don’t forget to do the online survey on your receipt for free pancakes!

Difficult to get past our waitress with the dirty hands and fingernails and smelled like an ashtray, yuck!
The one positive about this restaurant is that it looked clean and new.

Brand spanking new! Love it, except for the fact service is extremely slow. Not sure if its because it is in its second week or what but others got their food before us and it took us an hour to receive our food. Even though its near our home we are going to go to the other ihop. Service much faster.
